So no min or max length. Can be ran year round and you don’t do anything when you come off.
If your total weekly dose is 28iu you can run it a couple of ways.
Standard 4iu pre bed
8iu EOD / 3 x a week
4iu pre gym training days and 4iu pre bed rest days.
In reality that key is taking it and the approach is very secondary.
However I do like a larger EOD dosing when in the off season and amount available is restricted
You could run 8 weeks one way and 8 weeks another and figure out what you find works best.
Is it beneficial to run higher dosages when dieting down or is 2iu fasted in the morning pre cardio most beneficial?
Wouldn’t be adverse to running more pre bed too just was unsure if running a higher dosage whilst dieting down does any further benefit?
