I’d imagine the duration of each part makes a difference to recovery .
If you’ve done a high volume leg session taking 75-90 mins then follow it with ss cardio for 45-60 mins would have a big impact on recovery.
But a low volume 45 min leg session followed by a 10 min hit session on the sled/prowler would be much better on recovery even though the intensity of the session is high .
Ss cardio I’d prefer to do at a different time of day if possible .

150mg test per week (split in 2) should see you at the top natural scale. This is the optimal level for health and wellbeing around 30mmol.

Cool . I was thinking around that dosage .
Then I guess if I decide to do a cycle again it will be blast and cruise from now on .
Would you concentrate on getting test to a normal level first with trt dosages ?
Or run a cycle now such as test e 500 mg per week , then drop down into a cruise (trt dosage) in 10-12 weeks time ?

About 15 years ago I had a hydrocele that I had for about 5 years before being operated on .
Can this have any cause on TSH or testosterone ?

Retest thyroid in 4 weeks again to evaluate baseline.

    Hypothyroidism can drive hypogonadism.

Your ferritin is mildly elevated which is a cause for inflammation again being driven by the low hormone environment.

The PCT returned HPTA signalling but testes are not outputting high levels of TT. This could also be age and response of the Leydig cells.

It would be a consideration for TRT.

Thyroid testing whilst on TRT may not warrant any thyroid medication

Thanks for the reply . Great info .
So you think if I can bring my testosterone levels up then my thyroid could fix itself without any thyroid meds (T4) needed ?

In your opinion would trt be for just a short while (6 months) or needed indefinitely?

Hey, Test levels suggest the PCT didn’t go well. whats your age? thyroid could be a response to that. you could look at running TRT to get your test to healthy levels

I’m 40 years old . Have a history of being on peds competed a few times but not for about 6 year now . Been on and off a few courses over the last few years but I’ve always been a cautious user (never go over a gram a week) usually around 500mg of compounds a week.

I ran a pct 4 month ago with hcg.

I’ve been advised from my blood test results to go on trt.
Yeah I thought is the TSH related to low test ? And high prolactin?

The one thing I did try around 6-9 month ago was sarms , lgd , rad , ost and mk (not all at once)

Definitely don’t feel myself, tired , ache , weak , feeling low at times .

I thought about running test e 250mg 1ml every 5 days then taking another blood test in 6 weeks .

Someone said I should run low dose T4 and or T3 for thyroid ?
