    Hi Jordan, when you say 90g jasmine rice in your diet, do you mean 90g of the weight or 90g of carbs coming from rice ?

    That’ll be 90g raw weight of Jasmin rice bud.

    Very very good session today !! Especially as I’m absolutely shattered and barely slept! But I am so so happy to be home and back into a routine. Myself and jordan have outlined our plans regarding the rest of this off season. The mini break and cruise and the beginning of prep ! So I’ll tell you what we have decided. We are going to continue to push for 3.5 weeks which will bring us to July 13th we begin a 4 week cruise on test cyp only at what I imagine to be 250mg a week. 4 weeks cruising brings us to 10th August which then leaves us 12 weeks exactly to prep for my first show of the year. So excited. Something about having it in writing and dates in front of you that really light the fire and get me so focused – not that I wasn’t already but it’s shot to an even higher level.

    Low incline hammer press 1×5 1×11-4-2 1 forced. 1 iso

    Incline machine press 1×5 1×11-4-2 1 forced. 1 iso

    Dip machine 5 second stretch each rep 1×11

    Single arm lateral machine 2×12 1×8

    Upright row 3×10 1 set into partials after failure

    Machine preacher cable curl 3×12

    Thankyou Sol.. it’s beginning to come in now. I usually hit condition a lot sooner, but show day is all that counts and Jordan is on it, so I have faith!

    PCA first timers in Coventry on the 9th. My first peak weak so it’s all an unknown to me condition wise but Jordan’s happy so I’m happy. Just gotta keep grinding right?

    Hahaha. You’re right, I was just enjoying my moment of you misspelling my name and being an arse about it ???? 90% of people spell my name wrong anyway, I feel your pain lol.

    Makes sense, I may try smaller increments when I feel I’m at the top of my strength curve, see what effect it has!

    I will make it extremely over the top don’t worry!

    Haha sorry a typo on my part, I’d never deprive someone of 20kgs on a lift that would annoy me ????

    Personally it depends on my mood/what movement I’m doing. I’ll usually decide at the time whether I’ll go for the extra rep/s or add weight or even both.

    They’re amazing! They’re half ice cream sandwich and then half chocolate/nut covered ice cream.

    Hahaha I’ll let it run wild post comp 🙂 it’s under lock and key till then!

    Fair, maybe I’m being a bit harsh. I just think at least in this circumstance asking /talking to you about it rather than just talking about it would be the better way to go.

    Judging from what you’ve said about drug amounts you’ve used in the past this has been a fair bit lower in terms of dosages. I don’t doubt you know your body well enough to decide when it’s too much. Seeing stuff like this adds to mine and everyone else’s knowledge, it’s appreciated!

    Very aware mate, one of the reasons I wanted to use you as a coach :).

    Anyway, looking forward to seeing the next push up!
