People just like to have something negative to say. Regardless of whether or not it’s even effecting them. We all appreciate the fact that you’re trialing this stuff and have the decency to share your results with us. Fact is I’ve never seen you tell anyone to do this, or tell anyone to run something specifically or put peoples health at risk. You’re a big boy, you know what you’re doing but sadly everyone is allowed to share their opinion on the internet even if it’s not actually relevant to them.
Fuck the haters that don’t do shit other than belittle what others do.

I think if I trained fasted I’d feel like I was gonna pass out ????. 1-2+ meals before training and I feel fine. Suppose it depends on your training style as well.

Sol that’s a fair question bud , 1.5 into a site , my rear delts can take 2-2.5ml , traps same , lats 3ml. I could prob stretch rear delt to 3ml tbh and do eod shots . But for now Ed is just my habit

Didn’t realise you could put that much in to those sites, is that partly down to how much muscularity you have in those areas? Is that still with insulin pins btw?

Probably being thick here. Is that 0.5ml per site a day? Or just 1.5ml in the one site?

Hey guys, so rest day today but carbs upto 500 for the day and steps down to 3000 , im just heading over to Leeds to meet Corinne for the day which will be lovely
Skin was thin today but I looked a little flat , hence Corinne filling me back up a little for the next couple days

The one poor sleep did stress me out a lot bud, like I haven’t had a night without my CPAP for a long time , so when I opened my bag and saw I forgot the plug , I nearly cried tbh, but luckily as always Corinne calmed me down , and then I managed to lay on my side and it wasn’t too bad, she checked on me a few times and i was breathing ok.
So that episode aside which cost me a bit of a leg session, I am mentally v happy , I just got back to Manchester after those couple nights with Corinne , and I am so fired up to train tmo. The diet changes she has made in sync with the Winnie/ halo will be v nice , in a couple weeks I will chuck up some pics ????

You overcame it for the night though luckily with the support from Corinne, too coach right there.
Other than that glad to hear everything else is a positive. Think we can all see that fire raging in you atm and would definitely say you bloody deserve this pro card more than anyone so it’s fingers crossed! Look forward to seeing the look! Expecting some unreal density ????

Felipe, when your strong , really strong , it can take 20 mins to warm up for a set. If I’m deadlifting , it can take 40 mins before I’m upto over 7 plates ready to work ….. VERY normal time for strong people ????

How’s your mentality feel now you’re getting deeper in to prep? Other than a poor nights sleep you seem in a very good place atm.

Thanks Sol, I think sadly it is an issue people struggle to talk about . I wanted to make changes to the way I think, because, I was selfish, and breaking that down to being more open, made me feel like I would fail business and physique wise, which made me anxious. So I needed help to understand those thought processes and move past them, we all have anxieties in one way or another , but how we own them is very important . I am someone that is obsessed with progress , and this is an area that I have become very focused on, and as a result I am the happiest I have ever been . ( I was never unhappy , but now things feel very different ???? )

You’re right in saying we all have our own anxieties and knowing how to at least make them something you’re in control of is very important.
This forum isn’t just about the best way to lift, the best diet to follow or the best drug routine to follow. It’s about how to progress yourself in all aspects which is awesome. Thanks for taking that step and telling us.

Luke, I am working very hard on myself . I am spending more time on personal development , I am working with an exceptionally good therapist , who is teaching me how to view things in a diff perspective . I don’t mind sharing this stuff , because I see this as me seeking the info I need. So let’s say you want to get smarter , you learn from a tutor of some kind. I want to get better at the quality of my interactions, I want to get even better at motivating people, i want to be sure that I am mindful always of how I treat people . Admittedly it isn’t the easiest process , we work through a lot of my past and why I maybe perceive things in certain ways , BUT I am much happier than ever , because I am able to love properly , more than ever . My stress is very low because I love what I’m doing , I love the people around me , and I’m working my hardest for those people ????
