@corinne you’re welcome :). You’re very modest about things I’ve noticed, it’s important to acknowledge just how good at something you are on occasion I think!

I think training with you two would be awesome, I’ll be about a month post comp in July so strength should be reasonable agin by then lol.

With your new split will you still have the majority of the same movements incorporated? New splits are daunting but j have no doubt you’ll still progress very quickly

@corinne we do care about your prep but biscuit debates are an extremely important matter ????.

Have you got any numbers you’d like to hit PB wise on any specific movements?

Side note I’m shocked you haven’t had a Bon Bon ????

More inclined to say biscuit but you could go as far as biscuit bar? Haha. Chocolate biscuit just makes me think of a chocolate digestive or a hob nob ???? funny how everyone jumps in when there’s talk of treats lol

@corinne I mean I’ve seen some asked here and there… haha

Food – if I had to pick just one I would say chicken but I could also include – oats, rice, pasta, peppers, onions basically I’m the perfect bro science body builder ????

Fingers for toes, think that would be awesome!

Music – this is a very tough question but I would probably say ‘duality’ by slipknot.

Btw the HS upright leg press, is that the pivot one you and Jordan got for MJs?

I know you love random questions so…

One food that you can eat day in, day out multiple times a day and never get bored of?

Would you rather have toes for fingers OR fingers for toes?

Favourite psyche up song before a set?

Definitely coming to watch at Watford, only 40 mins away be rude not to! Another 15-20 pounds off will be insane condition ????

Do you find your body feels better within the week of deloading or is it just more in preparation for the next big push?

@corinne awesome! I look forward to seeing it all documented on your IG stories! You won’t be disappointed with any of those things. Toronto is just a great city to walk around in general!

I also want to see what food you guys go for!

Look into the sky walk it’s well worth it, especially if you can get Jordan up there too haha. I lied it’s 1168 ft not 1268 ????.

I’ve attached a picture so you can see what it’s like. Before I knew what lifting was ????

@corinne It really is a fantastic place :). I found it surprising just how friendly people are out there.

    Couple places I would recommend are;

The CN tower, great views of Toronto and if you’re feeling brave you can do the sky walk (out on a metal ledge on a harness 1268ft drop can hang over the edge etc.) I loved it. They also just have a viewing platform.

Edwards gardens was a lovely walk around but I went in August so had summer weather.

St. Lawrence market was also good.

Unsure how much walking around you can do pre show though? Guess you’ll want activity levels lower?

I can recommend lots of tasty food places as well but that’s probably no good at all pre show haha!

Also, I got told you don’t get the full Canadian experience unless you get a Tim hortons, it’s just a coffee place but it’s very Canadian and they are EVERYWHERE!

@corinne have you ever been to Toronto before? Lovely city, I spent 4 days there whilst travelling the east side of Canada and absolutely loved it. Very friendly place even for a big city.

    1. Getting into the best condition of my life (so far)

    2. Stepping on stage, I flopped last year so I’m extremely excited to hit that goal this year

    3. Me and the misses are very keen to get a Gouchos visit in, we’re both suckers for a steak and it’s been ages since we’ve been

Pretty sure 2 pairs of socks is the brutish way of knowing it’s now too cold haha.
I think you’re right the deadlifts aren’t the best for aesthetics training but I do think they have a feel good aspect to them, just fun to pick something up that’s really heavy ????
