I used to get these only on hack squats right at the end of the set at failure… I felt it did have to do with breathing and holding my breath.. doesn’t happen anymore due to just being aware and trying to breath properly .. it’s hard under load

Guys does it make sense to get on a short ester first like prop or ace and then when ready to go In for the test it will clear much faster so less time waiting and feeling shit? This was what I was planning

I’m having problems with my doc now that he’s seen my mid cycle bloods… what a joke .. can’t even monitor my health without it being a problem. I’m interested what everyone has to say on this.. Clare the private company I used for bloods didn’t offer that service.. felt like they’re on the docs side too.

Hi Jamie.. thanks for the help ! Yes diet is strict and on point. Moderate surplus no cheating. That’s what I thought about the aromasin too. What do you think about hematocrit ? What would be signs I should give blood? Blood pressure is ok usually at 110/57 pre bed. Also I have the option to swap the dbol with masteron?

If you want them to be as accurate as possible in terms of a true picture of your health then its important you rest for 2-3 days before hand from any high intensity exercise for the most part.

If you don’t take time off there are a few levels that will most likely be out:
    Ck
    Alt liver enzymes
    Creatine
White blood cells could even rise
I advise clients to perform bloods fasted after 2 rest days

Thanks Jamie .. I guess it’s smart to take the rest then
