Glutes and delts for me. Quads hurt too much to train . Lats seem hard to reach

Lats aren’t too bad if you do it in the mirror you can see where your injecting!

I’d get in and out with a short 6-8 week aggressive mini cut. Tidy up a little and don’t waste any time getting back into your gaining phase.

How much of a deficit would you suggest / weight loss per week?

My understanding of a mini cut is no longer than 6-8 and go aggressive at 1000 kcal /day deficit between food and cardio. That’s puts one at 1.5-2 lbs fat loss per week .

I am fully with Clare 100% …8 weeks max ..should tidy things and create an environment to allow you to push on again with optimal results

Good evening guys! PULL got smashed today it was an excellent workout! Feeling exhausted now. Blood sugar was at 3.9 post workout which is great. Insulin sensitivity still good. Going to take a rest day tomorrow and batter legs on Sunday! Are you guys training this weekend?

Good morning everyone! Just out doing my usual 25 mins fasted walk that I do on training days only! Had a really good PULL session yesterday. I will post the workout below. It really exhausted me I felt like I couldn’t give any more! Current weight is at 89.4 but condition could be a little better. Need to keep pushing forward and pusgbmy weight up. Trying to hold onto condition as much as possible! BIG LEG session going down today with James and Damien. Do you guys hit legs as a complete workout? Or do you split hams and quads?

Good morning! We have the exact same weight .. how tall are you Louis?
So I have two leg days per week . One is quad focused with a few sets of hamstring curls and the second is a ham focused… so RDLs and some curls with heavier leg press and Smith squats .. adductor work and calf’s on both sessions. I’m really trying to bring up my legs.
I’m anxious to hear what you decide to run for your off season cycle .
    Cheers !

Good morning ! Smith machine rows and Rdls for me. Glad to hear the bloods are good ! How much of a role do you think that all the health supplements you take play in that?

mainly when bf levels become undesirable which will in and of itself come with other undesirable effects
can’t speak for the drugs side of things, but i would assume lowered dosages?

Hey! Yes I’m cruising at 150mg test and the next gaining phase will be a mild cycle and another push up. Just wasn’t sure if a cruise was a good time to try and drop a little fat before pushing up again.
