You have done great (genuinely) to be leading a normal life with training, wife, kids, job.
Well done mate

Certainly building some thickness Asrar!
What’s the goals for the next 3-6 months?
You are definitely dedicated to your goals from reading your journal, so I’m sure you’ll get where you want to be!

Tread very carefully using any exogenous hormones (even TRT) and bipolar.
If you have diagnosed bipolar, elevated test levels (even slightly above normal) can push you into mania/hypomania.
This opinion has been learnt the hard way! Be careful!

It’s a long term process naturally mate.
I would set yourself much higher strength goals across main movements, and incrementally train harder every session..
Add 30-40kg to your RDL in a year and you will look much different from behind
-
Your shape has potential IMO!
Just more training and learning how to push harder over time
-
Training looks solid!
I’ve been meaning to check out Elite Fitness Redditch, what are your other favourite gyms around the area?
I occasionally pop to Future Fitness in Cov, prob one of my favourites for atmosphere

Squat depth looks good to me mate.
For me hip creese below top of knee has always been my barometer

This is a very exciting addition.
I’m obsessed with anything strength and strongman related!

Look at the ‘condensed conjugate’ approach, as used by Phil Daru who is definitely one of the most successful MMA S&C coaches at the moment.

Das Gym, Vienna supposed to be great.

Sounds like anxiety Asrar.
If you’re prone to social anxiety or any type of generalised anxiety, it’s understandable to have these sorts of feelings.
I would crack on as per normal and not pay any attention to anything apart from the set you’re doing! (Of course be polite and cordial but don’t worry yourself with things like this)

My advice would be to learn the Olympic lifts property, with a coach if possible.
They feature heavily in CrossFit and many people don’t do them properly, leading to poor performance at best and injury at worst.
Also seems most of the top guys don’t actually ‘train’ CrossFit strictly in terms of the Wods etc, but a more conjugate approach…
What are your aims with it?

Looks good Asrar
What’s your goals and strategy now?
