The key to home workouts is training them as hard as gym ones!
I use a durable backpack and weights inside in place of a weight vest. Could be option for you?

Good to see!
What’s the lockdown routine?
-
Upper 2
Weighted press-up (20k) x13/9/7
Banded Press-up x13/6/7
Band crossover x3 sets
Kneeling KB press x10/9
Pullup x5 sets
Band pullover x3 moderate short rest
KB towel curl x8/6/5,3,3 (RP)
Band pressdown x3
Ok so have two rotations for upper and lower, with slight tweaks for each.
Enjoyed it today. I think just getting some blood moving is good for mindset too.
Hoping to have made improvements on my pullups.

It’s not actually as bad as it could be. If I can keep some sort of training going until gyms are open, I’m fairly sure a decent recomp can happen when we can smash some weight again.
Would love to add some moderate Dumbells for the home equipment. Will keep an eye out!

Any of the sponsored athletes on here are great IMO
Other than that, I would look for personality fit/compatibility.
May have been a good idea to contact before your cycle though.

I had covid over Xmas. Start slow and build back but up.
Incidentally, It didn’t feel like normal cold/flu contrary to what a lot of people perceive.
It will definitely affect your ability to train at usual intensity/volume. For me this is because breathing/ability to take oxygen is not as high.

Really think upper/lower will be better for you Asrar

I’ve done MMA and Judo in the past. Never really committed to them, but I will start training some bjj when it’s possible again..

Thanks for the reply @hilly
Interesting that most seem to drink a lot of water first thing. I’m going to do that for sure.

Hi Aj,
Hope you’re good.
What’s the purpose of the Maca? I know people rate it for sex drive
-
Agree with Kuba.
Get strong and build a physique first.
There’s more options than cut or bulk.

One person usually decides the session in my experience. Depends on who it is though

I would always hit front delt directly, that’s just me though.
I think a flat press, incline and a shoulder press, followed by tricep compound is a good setup. Many old time bodybuilders and even powerlifters trained this way!
