Thanks @bigbenchriche
Hopefully I’ll get back to where I need to be!
Upper/Lower is what I’ll use, as whilst I see FB being good I’ve struggled to maintain consistent application whilst doing it before.
Starting out with minimal cardio (20 mins x4 week) with cals around maintenance.
-
Lara, I can train 4 times per week and stay consistent with that. Any more than 4 times I week I struggle to keep up with it.

What made you think it was a coaching service?
As above, this is an information/educational/motivational platform, not coaching.
-
Nova Pump Neuro is good, probably the favourite one I’ve used.
For me though pump is more driven by hydration/carb intake etc

SBD are what I’ve had for years, very durable and high quality.
The strength shop versions are apparently very good but some have said don’t last as long.

Thanks so much for the feedback I really appreciate it!

Thanks @bigbenchriche I’ll look into how the rolling triceps are done

Hi Oscar
Thanks for such a detailed reply!
I have two push sessions a week, one is more chest dominant and one is more delt dominant.
I follow a similar approach on the set approach.
I’ve never done rotations though, I think that could be a good idea for me.
Weighted press-ups are something I will 100% include
Hi Michael-
Thank you, I’ve always wanted to use one of those machines but don’t have one! Seen them over in the states a fair bit
Scott-
Thank you! Glad to hear you’re liking them. Do you also do the same rep approach?

Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate it

Thank you for the feedback
I was worried I was going to get destroyed! Will consciously work on that now.
-
Yes! That’s definitely the area I need to focus on. I’ll work on sitting back more and being smoother off the floor, I think that’s key
Thanks for the reply

I would maybe look at lower 2 and 3
For me I wouldn’t be able to put max effort into RDL, Front Squat and then sumos.
Sumo deadlift is a technical exercise, I would suggest maybe put that higher up
Only way to know if it’s right is to try it though!
EDIT: just seen you’ve changed the sumo! Good idea!

Thank you! Good point I find it difficult in front of a mirror.
It’s hard without training partners or a coach but I’m trying to fix bad patterns

Thanks for the feedback and replies
My sleep routine and hygiene overall is very poor. I will look into addressing all areas!

I would look at someone who specialises in strength and conditioning for combat sports
Strength and conditioning is a very wide field, there’s many decent coaches
I would recommend that you find a coach you can train with in person, at least initially. Atmosphere and motivation, along with correct technique will make a big difference
How seriously do you take boxing? Are you pro? A top amateur?
