Hi, Stefan. i have issue with blood sugar upon waking up.
Im around my base kcl (no surplus or sliighty above), 5 weak after diet phase – now im around 10-12% bf
My carbs are moderate – 260g no training, 400g training day.
fat: 30g no training / 50g training
protein – animal sources – 250g ed
im starting evryday with protein + fat meals
im end evryday with protein + 80-100g carbs (brown rice + 200g vegetables)
6-7h later im waking up, and checking my blook sugar for a last weak
the sugar level is aroubnd 115
cardio: 20min –> sugar ~100
meal: protein + fat (salmon + egg white + vegetables)
after 3h: sugar ~80
its Somogyi effect or shoud i change for example my last meal for protein + fat?That seems that gluconegenesis is quite high during night and sugar metabolsim isnt at optimum. In sure could make that better. If not you should go and habe a check at the docotr

Quads focused with direct adductor work
Shoulders
Arms
Off
Hams/glutes focused with direct adductor work
Chest
Back
OffI’m really a friend to work always whole legs especially focusing on compound movements with using rear and front side of the leg in movement.

Welche Gemüsearten baust du am meisten in den Plänen deiner Athleten ein ?
Was denkst du wieviel Gemüse am Tag sinnvoll ist, bekomme im Aufbau oft Blähungen bei 300g Gemüse (Spinat) in einer Mahlzeit, sollte ich das Gemüse von Mahlzeiten mit vielen Carbs trennen ?

Hallo Stefan,
Wenn ich an einem rest day weniger carbs und Kalorien esse und demzufolge das Eiweiß insgesamt niedriger ist durch weniger Protein aus Reis Nudeln etc, sollte ich dann meine direkten protein Quellen wie Fleisch erhöhen um insgesamt genau so viel Eiweiß wie an Trainings Tagen zu haben ?

Hi stefan, I looked your vidéos about gear in contest prep but don’t really talked about AI.
You said take ai earlier for not to be so watery (Aromasin 12,5 or 25mg a day) or letro for some case.
But do you put some letro if you use Aromasin, if yes. When and How much ?
Do you use any other ai ?
Nolva Just for some case like gyno etc ?
And another question, tren on 16 weeks hasn’t more bad effect like 8 weeks out for exemple)?
Last question, if you don’t take masteron p same question like tren, no more bad effet to Run it into 16 weeks ? And if we don’t use it at 16 weeks out, when Can we use it ?

There is also a video aboit aromatase inhibitors. Take a look! I always like to use letro in the end of the prep. Nolva i would just use if there is still some gyno to block the receptors, there is no other use for it for me! Cause i never use tren in offseason, its most time ok to use it 16 weeks in prep, smae with drosta, i never go for it in offseason. And my athletes do bloods 2-4 times a year to see if thats ok. It woks well for my strategy when i introduce tren as soon as i go into a kcaloric deficit. But you also can go for it later, but i would always introduce it 8 weeks out latest

Hey Stefan ! Viele Athleten hier zählen nur direkte Makros, also zb kein Fett aus Reis und kein Protein aus Gemüse zb. Würdest du immer alles zählen, was hältst du von dem direkten zählen ?

Hey Stefan,
in a scenario where between the post meal and next meal will be 4 hours due to work, would there be a benefit to place some fats in the post meal to not go hypo until next meal ?
Or how would you lay out nutrition when I have 2 hours after my workout to eat and then nothing for the next 4 hours after post meal ?
thanksIf thats the case yes, and some fibre also.
I wouldn do cerials, i would go for a solid meal like meat and rice and try, maybe add fat if its not enough

I’m approaching into the final week now and I feel that most of my body part are now in great condition but my quads are lacking behind , they seemed to be watery all the time, I’m doing quite a bit of cardio I’m sure I will back it off closer to show but do you think In this instance dropping test prop and GH a week out can help with conditioning in watery body part ?
Thank you!For legs its always essential for me to give them enough rest! 1 week out i skip cardio and have the last leg day! I also drop test and gh, but more necesarry is to get the legs rested

Hi Stefan, I just wanted to ask if for a woman you see 0,5ml each 4th day of primo as a good cycle for a bulking period. You would only take it for 10 weeks? Or more?
Following this a cutting phase anavar 10gr each day 40min before training for 8/10 weeks? Only anavar and maybe adding some clen in the last 5 weeks if necessary?

Hi thats a good thing, i like anavar or primo, in high classes sometimes both. 10-12 weeks is fine, i am not a fan of longer cycles in girls. In bikini i avoid in offseason totaly and sometimes the get anavar in prep. Really important is to get the stuff tested, no girls wants to end taking test or dianabol instead of primo or anavar.
Thats the steroid side, concerning fat loss clen is something i like to use, but it also depends on person if its needed. If i take kristina for example, she gets way to shredded with 2000kcal and has to much muscles even with not taking anything.
