    Hi Stefan, big fan here!
Question 1: how do you time carbs aside from the carbs 2 h pre workout you mentioned that you want carbs for breakfast whenever possible. Is that always the case, even if I train quite late in the day (7 pm)?
JP seems to prefer the opposite in order to improve insulin sensitivity, what do you think about that argument?
What would be a good carb choice for breakfast? I was thinking of oats with Fabi’s signature shredded apple, or do you prefer anything else?
2nd question: since Patrick Tuor is so clearly against any intra workout carbs, could you quickly explain where you see the main benefit of intra carbs is maximum hypertrophy is wanted?
    Thanks so much in advance!

    Hiho!!
I really like carbs in every meal, except last meal (if you are not super heavy, if, carbs are ok there)
For me breakfast and pre, intra, post is essential, if you can have the carbs in the other meals it depends on your condition. But if thats possible i like it!
Concerning insulin sensitivity! Even one day without carbs wont do anything concerning insulin sensitivity, you would need longer fasting for improoving that.

For breakfast i like everything which is easy digestible, can be oats, cream of rice, sometimes bread!

Intra carbs just work well, training can be more intense and intensity is up longer, also the positive effect in absorbing the nutrition in a time you need it and keeping cortisol
Lower is nice. For me hypertrophy is mostly connected with intensity and if that can be higher with carbs i prefer that option, if its not higher, there is no need for that. But 9 out of 10clients perform better with carbs

Just got a message from thomas and i’m really annoyed. Its really hard to compete this autumn. Thomas wrote with the ifbb, with the korean promoter, with the embassy, but it seems that if you go to korea, you have to be in quarantaine for 2 weeks. Ok i thought we can handle that with an appartment, dumbells, cooking,…..
But now, they give you in special quarantaine buildings with nothing. Thats really shit. So if that show will happen it will be easy going for the koreans.
I’m sad for thomas who does an incredible job!!! And i’m sure he will be able to present!!!

ah that’s rubbish! Especially as he is so close to competition! Hopefully the rules get relaxed again and they do away with the 14 day quarantine sooner rather than later so he can compete. What will be the plan going forward for him now?

They also cancelled puerto rico which was a show which would have been plan b. So at the moment we take what comes and where he is allowed to travel

hello Stefan, following your video on hgh I was curious if hgh will always bring insulin resistance even at low dosage? do you use it without insulin?

Thats totaly individuall and time that problems occure is different from person to person, but if dosage is lower that will definitly help concerning that!

    I watch superdrol video
For Off Season taking 10mg – 4x week ( traning days ) 1 hours pre workout with meal for maximum 3-4 weeks.
And what health supplements you recomend with using superdrol.

I think the greater potential is in prep on carb up days.
But if taken in the off season, take shure that appetite and training drive doesnt dissapear.
    Definitly take
    Vital support
    Love heart
To safe your kidney, liver and blood lipids, and monitor it

    Advanced Superdrol is up!
For me thats a very controversial drug! I honestly dont think that the benefits are worth it except in carb uo for 2-3 days maybe.
