Its nandrolone Phenylpropionat. So the same substance as deca, just with a shorter half life! I would go for eod injections with it and be the same total amount as deca or slighly above.

why did you pull the intra-carbs for fabi? if I remember correctly you had some cyclic dextrin in last time you posted his diet.. what is your general stance on intradrinks? carbs / eaas?
I myself do 40g of cylcic dextin + 20g eaa (but I’m a LOT smaller then fabi, just below 90kg) – I’m still not convinced it helps my in any way (I can’t say may workouts or pumps improved since I introduced the intradrink), however during bulking a few extra calories don’t hurt anyway..Its just a favour of himself. Me personally would keep intra in, but he likes to eat more, he is always hungry. That late in prep i have no problems skip it, intra carbs are in my wolrd very important in off season and in diet to keep performance, at a specific time in lighter athletes i always skip. Heavier athletes can choose, more peri or intra.
So generally i want to achieve a good energy level until end of workout thats one reason why i suggest starting intra carbs 20min after beginning. 40g sounds fine, the range is between 0,5-1g carbs per kg bw

Like i have written in other post, i wouldnt kick start with prop, i would go for the full dose enanthat. Also hcg is something i don`t like cause its a exogen growth factor on the testicles, which i don`t like.

Hi Stefan, wie schaut Fabis aktueller Diätplan aus? Er schaut einfach nur brutal aus ????. Muss er stark “leiden”?
Hi Peter, we upped the kcal a little cause we already hit desired condition, also we went down with clen and t3/4 to keep wait around 106!

We keep thst until hopefully flightday on wednesday were we go to 0carb during flight and possible carb up after landing

I would also start with a deficit and cardio and get rid of some fat. Then ramp it up

As corinne says you have to evaluated. Join in will definitly help but also have a look for a therapy. Pain often occures in that areas because muscles are to hard and need to be softened!
