    Today Corinne got some little updates. Cause the new training is so intense and pushing the limits we decided to increase carbs pre, intra and post workout. cause of that we reduced a little bit the food on rest days, cause on training days kcals are really high šŸ™‚

    Rotties, i have never been a fan of eq. In off season i like deca, npp or primo much more. In comp prep iā€˜m a huge fan of tren, masteron, winstrol. So for me there is no reason to include eq in those stacks. But might also be cause always i tried eq it might never has been eq????

    Corinne has to eat a good amount of kcal. We go from werk to week, if i like the result i see and it goes in the right direction there is no reason to change anything. Maybe we habe to go up with kcal a little bit at end of this phase, but we will see.

    Eymen, if between shows are 2 weeks you can peak normal. Only important thing is to fill even more up post show. Usually then you will have a water rebound until thursday (if show was saturday) bit thats fine.
    If shows are within one week its more tricky, but it works. Most of the time you are not able to have that post show fill up day, have to deload and load in a shorter period.
    Concerning diuretics you also have to work slightly different. So actually it depends how much time is between shows!

    One comp will be enought, 99%
    if not, i love peaking for multiple shows, so you donā€˜t have to sorrow ????

    @Rich, i’m just a guy who loves bodybuilding. i was a competitive bodybuilder back than but had to recognize that i have the genetics of a chess player. i started with coaching in 2006 and was able to achieve some nice results in amateur contests (overall mr. universe nabba, overall mr. world nabba, finalists in arnold classic, europeans ifbb, more than 30 national titels,……), but compared to the track record of chad or chris not that famous.
    corinne worked with me the final days for brazil and san marino where we learnt a lot of her body. i`m sure that she is able to get her body to a total new niveau to make real damage in the ifbb physique division.

    Concerning diet generally i always work from week to week later from day to day and last week from hour to hour. I have a picture in my head for each athlete and adopt the parameters (food, gear, training, recovery) to achieve that picture. Usually i like a quite simple approach with not cycling and rotating to much. That makes it easier to control. There are always differences between training and rest days, but most of the time training days are the same especially if there is still enought power for all sessions which is a very important aspect in diet for me. Concerning cardio i usually try to avoid it. But if calories would be too low for that specific athlete i would prefer cardio instead of lowering kcal too much. But as always one main goal is to keep performance in training as high as possible.
    I also like refeeds even if people are not that low in kcal, cause of its performance boosting effect.

    Concerning ketotifen, i always prefer taking the full dose on evening. Half time is long enought and as jp and dean wrote above it makes you sleep nice. If its taking in the morning it most of the time makes you dizzy.

    Usually with 25mcg T3 you are in a natural range. I want to boost a little bit more. From my experience 37,5 is quite a good dose for a prep and i prefer staying there. Sometimes 50mcg are needed and sometimes we drop back to 25.

    I know people who have down high dose tren for more than 16 weeks with no lasting damage. I habe also seen people you cant tolerste tren at all. Like with all drugs its very individually you just have to check it and see how your body reacts. But in most cases 12-16 weeks are ok. For me winstrol or also Ai have more longer lasting side effects on health.

    Beta blockers might help a little if they are heart specific concerning high heart rate,…. and not interferring with thermogenic effects of clen. But still for me there would be no reason to combine that

    @Anderson.
    Using betablockers for sideffects of clen would be quite the same than not taking clen.
    Clen is a beta receptor agonist and betablockers block them.
    Concerning shaking like jordan says you get used to it, if not and its a problem i would reduce dosage
