Max. Like jordan says. No whey eating that amount peri workout.
Digestion system is one of the weakest things, so we need to respect that. I think there is a limit of carbs you can digest at once. So its necessary to divide it. For sure peri workout they are important but if you have those amounts of muscle you need to be well nutritioned also throughout the day and not only during training. Even if jordan is just lying around (what he does most of the time ????????) he needs a lot of energy and i dont want to waste protein for that. Sure it can also be fat, but i like carbs more cause you stay full. Also carbs are most of the time faster digested. But soon as diet need to be more reduced. Concerning cardio. I like cardio in offseason to stay healthy and also be able to have to most i tensive workouts possible. In diet i try to avoid it. But if necessary its a tool.

I like using bromocriprine for 2 reasons.

Letro has for me the best choice concerning power in estrogen inhibition when it comes to preps. Anastrozol is mostly to weak and exemestane to strong but could be a choice.
Also the fact that 2,5mg letrozol every other day is most of the times enought is fine.

Muto. 2mg will be enough for doses up to 160mcg.
Concerning Propionat vs. enanthat, i recognized that if you compare the sides of a specific dose, its lower with prop.
For example gynäcomastia or water retention, was lower with propionat. Pavlos chackpot. As soon as clen is ramped up. Ketotifen gets in. I was always a fan of clen using it in full prep. I always try to be the „early bird“ in preps and if possible kick out stimulants or reduce them to the end.

Josue. I always want people to write down a week of their life including training, food, supps and change of the body (weight) in that week. With that protocol i set up a new strategy and then its simply working week after week and see if desired changes happen.

@marky, when i did that sport by myself i had the same problem, high blood pressure in family and also before i started with gear i had fucking high pressure. an ace inhibitor alone was never enought for me. i had a real good md that time and he suggested me a combination product with a ca antagonist. in austria my medication is called cenipres and its a combination of enalapril (ace inhibitor) and nitrendipin (ca antagonist). using that lowerd the blood pressure with two mechanism. it has life importance to have your blood pressure under control. perhaps you can discuss an other medication with your md!

Like jordan said, i‘m very busy at the moment. My insitute moved to a brilliant gym wich we developed. So a lot of work to do, also the work with my clients has my main fokus.

my goal for 2018: getting some ifbb pro cards. 🙂 my journey started more than 10 years ago with that dream. After i recognized that i
m an analytic freak and not a genetical gifted bodybuilder (more a chess player) i started coaching people. i had the pleasure to work with people starting with their first experiences on stage and getting them to world champions, mr. universe, pros in several federations always having the same thought in my head, i want to get out the best possible. im very thankfull for my athletes and for the trust they give me back! we have reached together so many goals but the big dream is missing. like others think about getting themselve a ifbb pro, my dream always was to guide an athlete to that point!
i know 2018 will be special, there is jordan and corinne, there will to work there potential and there knowledge its imposible that we don`t reach our goal. but there is also wotti whos gonna try it and world watch out, he will be huge! lets see perhaps also fabi makes a comback in the classic physique division.
oposite of that, i have the same goal like every year, every month, every minute or second of my live. i want to get the best out of the people i work with, no matter hat genetic potential they have!i wish you all a wonderfull 2018, keep on pumping, keep on using the incredible content jordan gives you on that side, keep on believing in yourself!

jim, during diet the body regulates thyroid function down, especially free t3, thats a safety mechanism for the body if you would be for example alone in the woods (same happens with leptin, another powerful agens in fat loss). concerning t3 supplementation i always try to just add as much, that function stays on a physiological niveau. after diet is over and body recognizes, there is no danger anymore he starts to elevate free hormone levels, if you stay on the supps, then its most of the time to much. like you wrote above, a to elevated t3 level leads to big discomfort in my opinion and should be avoided not only for performance, also for health reasons.
