    you are right that ppi lead to dysbiosis, but most of the time expecially concerning orals and pain killers you have to much acid production. i would never have been able taking orals without ppi cause heartburn was that intense, thats why i loved the injecting versions. so like with everything i would suggest using it wisely

    Brandon, concerning testing the power of hgh due bloodwork is hard, most effective is igf testing 1,5-2 hours after injecting it. but first you always should compare to your natural hgh which is usally taken at 8 o`clock in the morning. igf testing isnt 100% correlating with the hgh you have in your body, there are several mechanism which could interfer with igf production which have nothing to do how the quality of hgh is, but at least you will see a direction. i hope you understand my weird english. 🙂

    Max, i`m not a fan of tren off season, i like to safe the power of tren for the diet, to keep power high when kcals go down.

    dwade, its not as harsh to the kidneys like other stuff, but never underestimate the stress you put on the body. pgf2 a is a series 2 prostaglandine and promotes inflamation. so you elevate massivly the inflamation rate in your body, and have to use it wisely.

    Rottis, im a fan of pre training orals, especially methandienon, like jordan says its an appetite killer, and in my opinion it should taken with panteprazol to have no negativ sides on the stomach. but there is also an injectible version which could work fine. but my most favourite pre training ped of mine was argovirin. its a test suspension which gives you power immediatly, it was quite nice to train with that. oxy i dont really like, you just get to bloated!

    i would always connect your actual feeling with the parameters, but goal should be mid to top! some people feel to energized on the top level and some to tired at mid level!

    Jim, concerning thyroid hormones in offseason i would always do bloodwork, to much thyroid hormones will lead to less gains, also the stress you give on your cardiovascular system is unnecessary. Thyroid action is easily to check and and if it doesn`t work well through long time gh its good not to guess how much you should take.

    Josue, concerning offseason i always was a deca fan, price is good and its quite powerfull, with less sides, most people feel quite well with it. second to deca for me especially if you have problems with blood pressure or high water retention is primo. i never was a fan of equipoise and preferred primo if deca isn`t used because of the sides.

    Paul, concerning dnp i would never suggest using it, its one of the most dangerous things you could use, the power concerning dnp on energy level and on the whole body isnt calculable. we had two boys in austria which died last year. the dosage which fits you today can be to much tomorrow. in my opinion there are better strategies to loose fat, from the medication site i prefer thyroid hormones, clen, bromocriptin, pgf,….

    i also think doing cuts strict periodically isnt the right choice, keep on growing with an objective eye on your physique, if you hit a plateau which you cant go through, a diet might help, if you keep growing, everything is fine, unless you get to fat.

    Max, if you look for fat loss you have to reduce, but i wouldnt look for fat loss while cruising, just keeping everything stable!

    Hi Drago,
    There is no specific rule for nutrition when you cruise, just take a look on your body and your training and adopt the kcal and nutrients to maintain muscle and try not getting to fat. just go week after week!

    Concerning popping fibres and injury prevent i only can suggest you deep tissue work and ART Techniques. The benefit of therapeutical stuff is immense. You will have scar tissue not only from injecting, its also a normal procedure if you train hard. You will remove that scar tissue and prevent injuries and keep muscels and fascias more healthy!

    jdh, i always was a fan pre workout insulin, and i tried all other options with no benefit. I`m also a fan not using it every day, i think its wise to pick out lacking bodyparts to boost nutritional flow during training with it. the main reason for insulin for me is to get nutrients faster into the muscle cells and i want that during training. rest of the day there is no need for that, in my opinion.

    acer, the ck is a muscle cell specific enyzm. if muscle cells are demaged creatinkinase (ck) is set free. in medicine thats an indicator for a heart attack. cause muscle cell breakdown is big in that case. because the ck is not specific for heart cells, there is also the ck mb which is more specific for heart. ( if more than 6% of whole ck is ck mb its a sign for a heart attack).
    when it comes to bodybuilders muscle damage is the game, so the ck will always be higher, actually its correlating how intense (how much tissue you destroyed) the training was. in my training days i had sometimes a ck of up to 4000 especially after a leg day. So if you are training and a lot of damage is happening ck can be that high.
    like you said ck can also be a sign for rhabdomyolysis or for any muscle waisting deseases. if you are in sorrow and want to check that, dont train for minimum 3-7 days (accordingly how hard you train) and check again. markers will significantly drop and than you know everything is ok. if they stay as high as during training you have to take a closer look on it, but in the last 10 years of coaching ive only seen elevated ck cause of training stress.

    I also think that there wont be any need for jordan this season cause everything is so balanced. Also once the fat is removed, its gone. Goal is to stay as high as possible and get him to the condition he deserves to present that freaky muscle mass

    Jdh, yes, especially for that it can be a good choice. But calculate that you should finish it about 4 weeks before show.
