PGF can be salvation when it comes to correct fat disbalance in the body. If thats the case you really can get shredded everywere and you don`t have to diet that low to get rid of that stubborn areas. so concernig that case, it will safe muscle tissue indirectly. If fat is quite the same on whole body, there is no real need for it, if you arent really masochistic :-). if you use it you have to get sure to load frequently enough carbs to your body, thats and the dosage of pgf is very individual.

thats a hard question and difficult to sum up. i think mostly beginners make to less thoughts about training and nutrition and more about gear, especially hear in austria. concerning britain i recognized that people have a much better work ethic than here. when it comes to off season and food a common mistake is just to overeat, just that the weight goes up. like jordan said in his recent video, muscle growth is not linear and if you don
t accept that you get unnecessary fat and wont grow as much as you could. you always have to stay objectiv, do you grow or just get fat. also gear will not solve this problem. if you have high goals in that sport you also have to handle gear with care. there are definitly times for blasting it but body will always needs his rest. if you are a beginner and take to much you will faster get to a decent physique but you will never reach your individual perfection. so you always have to think long term that you really catch your final goal!
concerning training most common mistake is just lifting the weight and not contracting the muscle. i have the same principles than jordan has, you have to be strong, but as a bodybuilder to build tissue you have to move the weight total out of the muscle contraction. i also have my on thoughts on genetics. for example, someone has huge quads but no hams or adductors, its not that his hams have no genetic to grow, he just hasn`t found to contract and use them as he needs to to cause muscle grow.when it comes to contest diets, most mistake is not to be objective enought. people sometimes just look to their strong parts, for example i
m shredded i have striations in my triceps and overlook that their ass is fat. on the other hand its sometimes is an ultra shredded option not the best for a individual physique, and they look better if they are more round and nicely drawn. you just have to see all little parts together! another common mistake is not respecting the metabolism and eating to low especially starting a diet with too low calories. there is a point for everyone when you are lower than that you wont make progression in a good way! if eating to less is combined with pussying around in gym you will end in a fiasko. you give the muscle less intentsity and to less calories so he will shrink, even if drugs are high.concerning gear generally, respect your health to make long time progression, and understand that side effects, metabolism of gear is individual. don`t fool yourself beliving he can take that i also can, maybe but you have to check up if you can tolerate that.
but if i would have to sum it up, watch jordans videos, he is explaining everything perfectly, so its definitely a big mistake not using his content.

There are studies that raloxifen has a positive effect on lowering LDL Cholesterol, but i`ve never tried it, so i can give no feedback concerning that.

Concerning serm, except problems with gyno or maybe in a pct i see no point using them. Concerning the effects of estrogen i‘m a bigger fan of aromatase inhibitors, but always monitoring your hdl.

Gh while cruise is a brilliant thing, cause you keep regeneration and metablism high, and you can recover faster and better. there won`t be no absolute need for slin also not for that dose during that time

When cruising you always have to have an eye on everything, training performance, shape. Most of the time regeneration gets less (but could also get better, cause you poisoned the body to long), so you have to go back with volume,or have some more rest days, but you always have to keep the intensity as high as possible. maybe weight will drop a little, but when you get sure that intensity stays at the right place, you just loose water. also keep, like jordan says, your fat monitored, to get sure you are not gaining to much fat in that peroid.
