Log press session in the Barn today. Nice long warm up as it was proper cold in there. Worked
Up to a very nice single with 163kg and that was it. No need to be doing more than that at this point especially as my knee and elbow were feeling a little beat up. Get in, get it done, get out.
New to the website and your training log. I’ve watched the education series and was wondering if you structure your strength training the same way and also recommend starting out EOD training? I’ve ran a conjugate training style in the past but always end up program hoping and never committed to one program. I’m very interested in your training and your knowledge, thank you.

Bench: 315
Deadlift: 500
Overhead Barbell: 185 -
I feel just like you! I wish I would have had the right guidance 12 years ago when I started….
I am no Jordan, but some numbers I am proud of are 545 lb deadliftx4, 435 lb squatx4, seated military press 235 lbsx5, RDL 515×6.
All with pretty solid form, pauses and 3-4 second eccentrics ? Of course I feel weak as my goals are pretty big but I work at chipping away at it daily ?
