    Hi Steve, what training split do you do? For me personally I train a back only session which I’ll do 3 x pulldown movements, 3 x rowing movements and 1 x hip hinge movement. Not necessarily in that order and I will vary the movement patterns.

    Hi mate I do fullbody I do 2 sets of pull-down idk if I should add another row or pullover or idk let me know
