So the past 4 weeks prep for this second show in my first year has been extremely tough with plenty going on in my personal life and some trips away with work etc! All boxes been ticked off and looking to bring in a fuller and improved package to this weekends fitxpo even with the hurdles in between.
Not going to lie Ive hit the stage of prep I will be glad to have a break and the body is screaming it for it now.

Well todays result was exactly what the last 16 weeks have been geared towards and has truly lit the fire for the fitx show in 5 weeks time! Night tonight of enjoying a bit of food with the better half then back to the drawing board to make the winning look from first timers even better than today was ?

Thanks @youngoscar and @MarcHector, digging in hard and making sure every box is ticked come that first show day in a few weeks! Plenty to learn and its been a massive learning curve for me through it all

So everything has now been ramped up a little more and we hit the 3 weeks out mark on Sunday.
We now have 20mins PWO cardio added in there with a drop in carbs from post workout and also intra workout carbs out.
Been working really hard throughout this prep on improving my posing and making sure come show day that its not lacking for a first timer.
Have attached some photos from last nights posing rounds.
You’ve got a good shape and your posing looks good for a first timer. Keep up the practice it will show on stage.

Push harder , your going to regret not because atm your glutes and hams are going to be soft onstage , push from here and you can be in shape ! You have 15 pounds to come off from

So the energy is definitely starting to dip now, just ticking off everything day in day out.

80mcg ClenTraining hasnt changed since the start but getting harder week on week now with the drops in energy.
Posing is being worked on daily and slowly starting to play around with poses for my routine.

Slight updates again this week from Hilly. Meal plan update as below and with drugs the only changes are to add in adex 0.5mg M/W/F along with extra 40mcg clen added on monday. At 9 weeks out now from the First timers PCA and getting posing rounds in daily at this point.
Look forward to seeing the changes over the next nine weeks and putting up my best physique come show day. Here are some pics from this mornings check in.
MEALS
Meal 1 – 50g protein from isolate and 20g sunflower seeds
Meal 2 – 1 whole eggs, 5 egg whites and 3 bacon medallions or 2 chicken sausages (100kcal) plus spinach.kale or similar
Meal 3 – 200g cooked chicken or 2 tin tuna in spring water and 200g cooked basmati rice (230kcal) or 300g raw weight white potato plus any salad or veg
Meal 4 – 40g protein from protein powder and 75g oats/oat flour/rice based cereal/COR/ rice cereal (180) and 5g coconut oil
Intra workout – 15g EAA and 30g cyclic dextrin diluted in 300ml coconut water and 1 litre water with sugar free cordial of your choice with a sprinkle of sea salt. Drink this on way to gym and finish half way through.
PWO at gym – 1 scoop protein 22-25g protein plus 100g rice based cereal
Meal 5 – 250g raw weight lean steak/5% steak mince plus any salad or veg
Rest day

Thebloodlab have started up here and I use the woman who has been doing it for private blood letting, she is really good! Can book online with them or im sure she also does clinics from time to time

So sunday marked the 11 weeks out point of this prep.
Checked in last friday and diet has been updated with slight reduction in carbs from a few meals on TD and shake being replaced with a solid meal on NTD.
Current blast also been updated and is as follows M/W/F
Test E 150mg
Primo 100mg
Mast P 50mg
Tren E 50mgEvery day
Clen 40mcg
T3 37.5mcg
Yohimbine 10 daily.Currently got 45mins fasted cardio and 14k steps daily.
At the minute im just ticking off the days and getting by quite nicely putting in the work. Have attached a few posing pics from this morning, first time in posing trunks so take a wee while to get used to them.

Ticking off the day at the minute as we reach the 13 weeks out mark yesterday.
At the moment my training is really good and feeling strong since getting back on blast.
So some changes from friday on the meals side of things. TD carbs reduced with less in M1/4/5.
Drugs still as was and cardio not changed for now.
Trying to get posing practice in daily now, want this really nailed and then can start looking at my routine for show day.
