First week on the prep ticked off, check in done. No changes this week.

Past week has been great for both training and diet.

Had some of my best ever sessions, Pbs coming in on a fair few exercises and really enjoying being in the gym.

Few pics from todays check in

So heading to 16 weeks out now and time to take it up a level.

Changes with food are dropping out fruit juice from M1 and PWO Meal on TD. Slight decrease in rice cereal.

Training is staying same and cardio now up to 40 mins daily with 13k steps the goal also.

Bloods to be done tomorrow and cycle starting next week

    150mg Test, 100mg Primo, 50mg Mast M/W/F

Had an hours posing 1-2-1 this morning and got plenty to practice with that in the coming weeks.

Feeling pretty motivated and ready to see what can be produced come show day

    Hi Steven

Good to read you had a solid session and energy levels are good training.

You’re doing the right thing starting posing early. Just a few pointers from the pictures you have posted:

Front pose – try to drive your feet through the floor and almost feel like you are driving your knees out to the side. The will help to make your legs look bigger. Upper body try and open your lats up some more. It may take some practice here and some adjustments with arm positioning but you definitely have more to show on your lats based on what I am seeing

Side chest – try to bring your foot closest to the camera forward in line with the arch of your back foot. Wrap your front leg around your back leg and press your legs together. Sit down into the shot a little making sure you tense your glutes too. Upper body try to rotate your upper body round some more and the shoulder furthest away from the camera raise your shoulder slightly higher to create more width across the top line of your chest

Side triceps – as above adjust feet position and press legs together. Hand position in this shot take the opposite hand that is closest to the camera and hold the fingertips of the side you’re showing your triceps and pull down. This will show more of your triceps and the horse shoe shape

Rear lat spread – bring your legs a little closer together to close the gap in between your adductors. Upper body try to get both sides symmetrical here with your arms. Your elbows are important here to help you open your back so try to lift your elbows up higher (keep hands where they are) as this will show more width.

I hope these few tips help you, keep the practice up daily as it will pay off

Thank you so much for the reply marc, very early days for my posing as i mentioned so I appreciate all the pointers from you! Will be practising daily and will take a note of the pointers to help me improve on this over the weeks till show day.

So last night was in for back, session went like this.

Straight arm pulldown 3×10 warm up
    Pull ups 1x12f, 1x9f
Single arm hoist pulldown 1x10f 1×12
    T bar row 1x10f, 1×12
Bent over db row 1x8f 1×16
    Upper back row 1×10, 1×16

Seated ham curl 1x10f, 1×16 1 sec pause
Standing ham curl 1x8f, 1×14 1 sec pause.

Energy levels and sessions at the moment are really good. Finished off the workout with some rounds of posing, plenty work to be done on this over the coming months but got time on my side just now to practice. Have posted few pics of the posing.

For me I can’t touch delts.

Lats / ventro glute / quads are fine for me personally

Cheers mate, used this site before just wasnt sure if likes of delt and chest can take that volume or not

Pretty dam Tired today with during the night baby feeds

    But getting on with it.

    Weight has dipped again.

Think the test I’m now taking is worse dosed than the rohm stuff that was 50% ffs.

Looks like every one been getting stung with bad batches.

    So annoying

Going to move to 2ml test 300 ROhm which is actually giving me 300mg total n look at getting some dimensions till Rohm fix the issue

    Push tonight

What lab was this that you switched too?

Ran their Test E and had to stop due to the pip thought it might have been overdosed but bloods showed otherwise swapped over to Nexus and Inone now shame as they were a decent lab

Those labs been good so far? Supplier has inone in stock or onyx

Well I haven’t seen any lab tests to say it’s dosed right yet and any blood work I have seen says it’s currently off . They can fix this easily but until I have seen recent lab tests I won’t be using it

    Any suggestions on alternative labs

Also work in my right foot that’s giving me grief

Hi mate, follow you on insta and noticed your macros from the other day. Was interested to know the reasoning behind such high protein levels?
