I ran a weekly 36 hour fast (from sat evening to Monday morning) for a couple of months. Felt great and got lean effortlessly, but I wasn’t training very seriously or hard yet found myself overreaching really quickly.

Completely agree with what Ryan said!

Practice meditative breathing. I can be really hungry, do 3-5 minutes of slow breathing exercises and then my hunger has gone afterwards. If you’re dieting for a competition then there will come a point where you are hungry 24/7 though.

I believe the literature shows no fat loss benefit from fasted cardio Vs cardio when fed, but anecdotally many bodybuilders will disagree so there may be a benefit.
Cardio before or after a workout will reduce the muscle building adaptation from the weights session, so cardio should ideally be performed away from weight training (6 hours minimum is a general recommendation). That being said, if this is the only time you can do cardio and your goal is significant fat loss within a certain period of time, then pwo cardio may be what you require.
Like everything in this sport it’s never a black or white answer!

Focus on the quality of each rep rather then the number. For example on a standing calf raise keep your glutes tight (hip extended) so the load is placed directly over your calves and aim to get onto your tip toes as aggressively as possible.
Increase ankle mobility by performing stretches such as the combat stretch regularly.
Also as noted before, don’t neglect the tibialis muscles. I like to do these after my calf sets before stretching calves. Really focusing on pulling my toes towards my shins.
Over time increasing range of motion and mind muscle connection in calves will enable you place greater load (mechanical tension) on them and they’ll have no choice but to grow!

That’s pretty awesome if the carrots did the trick. Has it not given you any other issues with digestion? food has been used as medicine for many years. Could you not just supplement with the nutrients within carrots to avoid eating that quantity of whole food. I suppose you juice them?
Over time I just found that I was able to eat them, but initially gave me a few digestive issues. If I were to push calories I would cook them thoroughly and reduce intake of them. You could theoretically supplement vitamin A (although you’d be missing out on beta carotene), but there seems to be something (dare I say) “magical” about eating whole foods Vs supplementation when it comes to vitamins. I may be completely wrong but I think that supplementing high dosages of vitamin a is more likely to cause adverse effects Vs obtaining it from food.

It may be worth backing off for a few weeks and then building calories back up. What’s your digestion like currently? How is gym performance? How is your general mood, skin health etc?

Just to chime in regarding 300mg of primo. Of course it does something as it’s 300mg more than using nothing. I think we often hear people saying you need to use high dosages of eq or primo for them to do anything and it really isn’t true!

When did you last deload?
Do you eat straight after training? -
That’s a very aggressive drop. Personally I would increase calories from 2200 to at least 3000 and then monitor changes before deciding where to go from there. That’s assuming that your goal is to build size. I agree with James regarding cardio also.
-
It depends on how aggressively you cut calories for mini cut. Say if you went from 4000 straight down to 2800, then I personally wouldn’t advise only increasing to 3000 calories. It depends on how much mass you’re looking to gain though.
What were your calories before your mini cut compared to now?

Well I’m an idiot haha!!
On a serious note there is a big difference between being drunk and being on steroids.

Can you be disciplined for taking something that isn’t illegal?

Just go out and enjoy your evening mate 🙂
