    Hi Jordan

After being influenced by Ben Pakulski videos and what you’re doing yourself, I have completely stripped the weight off the bar and got very serious about exercise execution of weak body parts. Were you still log booking the first few sessions you did this, or did you ditch the logbook until you’d acquired the standard of form you desired?

Did you initially (you may still) experience more severe muscle soreness when you tidied up your form despite using lighter weights. Sorry if you covered this already, I did skim read back to page 163 to check, so hope I didn’t miss anything.

    Thanks

I’ve used the enhanced athlete eu ones and they were fine. Have used other various forms of yohimbine and I really like it.

They both have different physiological effects which cause fat loss, so from a fat loss perspective it could be really effective. I’ve used this combination before and saw good results. Personally I don’t think I’ll ever repeat it as I don’t consider them safe drugs to use (weirdly I’m more afraid of clen now).

My first girlfriend lived in Tewkesbury. I know Lee is planning on making his gym a 24 hour gym so you may be able to get those 2am sessions in you were on about!

With regards to your change in execution recently, do you still feel that there is still a big drawback to trying to be too precise with form and sacrificing loading? Or is it all relative and so long as you are increasing the loading/reps you will grow from ridiculously strict reps (assuming muscular failure is reached) despite using much lighter weights?

Cheltenham seems like a surprising choice for Jordan with the choice of gyms not being amazing in the area. From what I’m aware of Xtreme gym is the best equipped, but is apparently very busy. Lee Powell’s gym is just down the road over in Gloucester :).

    Hi Jordan.

Really interesting reading and listening to your current approach to training. I have undergone a very similar route this year myself after realising overly aggressive heavy loading isn’t sustainable for myself. Looking forward to seeing what impact this has on your physique and joint health. Your comment on muscleminds about previously not caring about skull crushers destroying your elbows because they’re a “great massbuilder” was hilarious.

You seem like an intelligent bodybuilder so I’m keen to follow along.

Sorry bud I misread your post. So yeah it would be two sets of failure on chest with one being a compound and one being an isolation exercise.

I think on tier 1 it would just be one chest compound exercise to failure for one set? Then tier 2 is a compound to failure followed by an iso or vice versus depending on execution.

I can’t train optimally with headphones either Christos for those reasons.

If I were to do this I would finish the bulk phase, then deload and look to maintain weight and then once reloaded begin the cutting phase and transition out of that straight into a bulk. Obviously if you also need to deload mid bulk then so be it!

Do you feel all the stresses of things such as the stimulants, diet and training may be the reason you didn’t look how you wanted to before Korea despite seemingly being on track? Or do you think you simply haven’t quite got all the fat off that you need to, to achieve your goal?

I like d4net. I have friends who use sis and rate it but I’ve heard of there being fakes around so I haven’t used it. Can’t give any feedback at all regarding the other.

Will you no longer be training with Jordan in the future then?

Last year I had a similar issue where I stopped enjoying training due to a lot of life stresses at the time so understand what it’s like to not want to go near to the gym. I actually stopped training for 8 weeks and wrote myself a meal plan containing crap food (including one pack of digestive biscuits daily). Since I got back on track end of last year I have been enjoying the diet and training more than ever and shudder at the thought of ever going near another digestive biscuit haha! I’m not suggesting you do anything similar of course, but I can relate what it feels like to want to have a break from the gym.

Are you following the Olympia this weekend? If so has it given you a big itch to hit the gas pedal again?
