Thanks again mate. I should just message you directly in the future haha!

I’ve heard that yohimbine is something that continues to be as effective even when used long term, is this not the case then?
Yes that is definitely the case. My diet is much more consistent, stable and controlled now. It’s certainly a big motive never to lose control of my eating again like that.

I would personally have a carbohydrate/protein meal before bed. Then some coffee with coconut oil or mct pre workout. Consume a carbohydrate/protein intra shake, have carbs and protein post workout and possibly post post workout. Then I would swap to fat/protein for the rest of the day.

Didn’t even consider that as I thought it was caused by liver disease. Shows how ignorant I am! I’ve just ordered full sports hormone test off medichecks so will keep you updated when I get results. Thanks for the advice mate :)!

Thanks mate, I think you could be right. I’d get some bloods done but instead will just use t3 at 25mcg year round. I am nearly up another pound from yesterday and ate 2,700 calories, had a hard leg session and did 20 minute liss in the evening. Normally I’ll begin dieting down at just over 4,000 with no cardio!!

I’m wondering whether it’s caused by a lack of sodium/potassium. I just trained legs and by the end of the session looked like I was 20 weeks pregnant haha. Then when getting in the car suffered with awful lat cramp. I’m going to start putting salt in my meals and see whether it makes a difference!

Water intake has increased but have needed to increase it to remain hydrated. I’m favouring a higher carb/lower fat diet while using this cycle as I quickly found that I was going flat and it was impacting my gym performance. The Tren is from d4net who I trust as a source. Will back off the regularity of arimidex now, only used it as nipples were very irritable. Was using caber at half a mg twice a week, but now estrogen is definitely under control have stopped using it.

They seem to mostly play Metallica. Just download a Metallica playlist haha!

I had the same issue and it got to the point where I was unable to drive for more than 30 minutes! I managed to resolve the issue with a few things:
Training hamstrings before heavy pressing/squatting
Wearing flat shoes without a slight raised heel. (I found that traditional fitting trainers aggravated my knee even when just walking around in them)
Eccentric holds on leg extension (made a huge difference very quickly!)
Eccentric squats on board
Adjusting diet and supplementation to reduce overall inflammation
Wearing knee sleeves and ensuring knees are very warm before attempting any heavy leg sets -
So if I take 3 ml a week of a 250mg/ml test, then I’m not actually taking a gram a week? Mind blown!

Ah right, I wasn’t sure if you meant that or just the hmb stuff. How does your sleep compare during an offseason phase vs a dieting phase? Do you wake more frequently during one phase than the other, and do the ped’s you’re using influence this at all?

Is dr Wilson a pretty unreliable source for information? I listened to Ben pakulskis podcasts and noticed that the whole dynamic changed when John meadows left and Jacob Wilson came in. Couldn’t put my finger on it but seemed like they had a bigger agenda rather than just giving out good bodybuilding information, like they did when John was a host. Almost like they were trying to convince the viewer rather than simply inform them.

Tren is worth the money

Do you track calories each day using an app such as myfitnesspal? Or do you simply eat the same meals so know how many you’re consuming.
