Sorry mate, I’m not quite sure what you are asking.

If you are struggling to regain fertility then don’t stress as this is something that can likely be sorted.

Seek a fertility specialist or endocrinologist.

Also recommend checking out the video linked below, where Scott Stevenson and his client talk through how he (the client) was able to restore fertility after heavy steroid use.

Wouldn’t be down to quality of gear. Basically being big is not healthy whether that be muscle of fat, then add anabolics to that and you can have certain risks. Then ofcourse you have underlying genetic issues that can play a role. Regarding recent deaths I believe some of the vaccines can cause coagulation issues, not ideal in anyone with underlying issues or a large bber on steroids. Take home is to get bloods done, ecgs and ct scans if you really want to know where your health is.

Agreed mate. Whether the vaccines themselves are playing a role, who knows? I personally know three people who had severe reactions, one of whom died. That being said it is a stretch to suggest it is contributing to the recent deaths. Covid itself can cause severe cardiovascular complications so it is plausible that it is “another straw on the camels back”.

Like Hilly said the main takeaway is to take responsibility for your health and do your best to maintain it!

    Hi

What if someone make health markers under control like BP and blood work during cycle ? Could this make a difference? @Hilly @Ryanpetford

Does it make a difference to others ?

It’s an impossible question to answer.

    As we are all different

We should all be doing all we can to maintain the best health possible.

Fact is some of us will die early no matter how healthy we are.

Some will drink , smoke , never checked there health n live a very long time[/quote]

It’s certainly more likely to make a difference than not doing it. Completely agree that we should all be doing the best can to maintain our health.

  • It breaks my heart reading this, as like many others I have been in your position. The emotions that can accompany binge eating disorder are horrible. Jordan’s response is excellent.

Unlike Hilly, I am not somebody who is professionally qualified to help. I will share my experience though and explain how I managed to overcome it.

The first step was identifying that my binge eating was triggered by unhappiness in other areas of my life. Initially it stemmed from trauma that I will not discuss on here but it would also be triggered by work stress, loneliness, insecurity and generally feeling shit etc. Ironically binge eating itself would leave me feeling worse and increase the likelihood of me repeating it. Consciously accepting my binge eating episodes and not getting too caught up in them was important for me. After binging I would lie there feeling shit but tell myself that “tomorrow is a new day” for me.

The best action step was creating a post binge diet plan for the next day. So whenever I would binge eat I would follow my post binge plan the next day. I still have this plan and it is made up of basic, easy to prepare, non restrictive foods. I would binge in the evenings and have to drive to the supermarket to buy the foods as I never had these foods in the house. So whilst shopping I would also buy the foods for my meals the next day. The benefit of this was that it automated eating the next day and took my mind away from a food focus.

Alongside this I would focus purely on my work for the next day. If I was supposed to train I would allow myself a rest day unless I really felt the desire to train in the evening. Again this helped take my mind away from stressing about training and nutrition. The result of this is that I would feel good for having a productive day with work and/or my studies and I would not be feeling the stress brought about from “the grind”. I would typically go for a long evening walk listening to music I love.

By the next day I would feel back on track.

It was a process implementing all of these steps and took a lot of “inner work”. However, since putting all of this into action I seldom ever binge eat. In fact, I genuinely associate the feeling of overeating as something I do not desire at all now! Whereas before it was a clutch for me.

Please keep us updated on your progress and do not hesitate to reach out for support 🙂

Thank you for your advice i will definitely incorporate your suggestions! Do you uave any specific exercises or stretches in mind?

Standing calf and seated calf machines. Standing calf is excellent for weighted stretching. Squeeze your glutes, pushing your hips forward and letting your heel sink down. Puts a great load and stretch on the calves.

If you do not have these machines then try and replicate the stretch using a leg press.

A couple of thoughts for you :

    – train your anterior tibialis to try and improve range of motion. Obviously it won’t remove the extra bone but adding a little extra rom will likely help.

    – focus on loading your Calf slowly in the eccentric portion of the rep. Possibly load heavily, focusing on Calf on way down and cheating your way back up so that you’re able to do more eccentric reps. Make sure your calves and ankle joint are nice and warm before doing these.

    – weighted stretches on calves.

    – progress loads over time

How are you getting on with the split dose?

Do you feel you need to continue using berberine?

    How does this setup look?

    Hamstring curl (10-12), (12-15)

    Adductor (20-25), (10-12)

    Leg ext (20-25), (12-15)

    Leg compound (12-15), (20-25)

    Calves

If that setup allows you train hard with no/minimal discomfort then it is ideal for you 🙂

It’s very common mate. Compare yourself to your previous self if you are going to make comparisons. Know that you are only going to get better as time goes on.

Remember the way you look does not define who you are at all.

Also be aware if you are getting a distorted version of what big is. Normal people have a different perception to what big is compared to Instagram or other people in these forums.

For example I saw Jordan disagree that the world’s elite crossfitters are jacked and state they are “somewhat muscular”. To the average person the top crossfit athletes are jacked!

That is not to say that Jordan is incorrect or that he was wrong to say that. In comparison to him and his inner circle too crossfit athletes are not jacked. Compared to the average person they are very muscular!

Muscularirty is relative and often the internet gives us distorted perceptions of what is muscular.

I would hasten to bet that your friends and family consider you muscular.

It might be worth taking a break from social media for a while so you are not constantly exposed to heavily muscled people.

The journey is more important than the end goal anyway. Even if you are not jacked yet the process of becoming jacked should provide you with meaning. Once you reach your desired end goal you will probably be like “meh” and set new ones.

Recognise that you may never be fully satisfied but begin to base your self value on your ability to constantly improve yourself from where you are now!

What do you mean John? Do you mean you feel small surrounded by top tier bodybuilders? Or do you mean you are very big yourself but feel insufficient in general?

No experience with this but can’t see why you would stop trt. Stopping may even hinder your recovery post op. I’m sure you’d be sound either way though.
