Apparently duck eggs are as anabolic as steroids. Expensive though!

Front delts tend to be well developed. We can always add more cap to our side delts.

Placing lateral raises first prioritises the side delts which makes sense for most (not all) bodybuilders.

I had Jordan tell me “that was fucking nice” after a set of Squats at xtreme in Cheltenham haha.

Was only 4 plates I think but I ripped my shorts halfway through the set and failed last rep having to rack the bar on the safety rails.

Don’t be obsessed with condition either.

Being in a caloric deficit too much as a teenager could have a slight impact on development. Also this is a great time for you to grow!

Left field answer but fortitude training was the best thing I ever did for my legs.

I bet others with experience of it would agree!

John Meadows 21 reasons why your back isn’t growing.

Might be some useful points in there.

Another consideration not noted above is potential mobility issues. Are your chest and shoulders “tight”. I found it really hard to target my back properly until I addressed these issues.

Sup , Can you ask me a question about load? In the first session I made a series of rdl 175×11= 1925 kg of load. In the other session I increased to 181x 8= 1448kg of load, is this form of progression wrong Given that I progressed the load but the volume reduced?

Muscles don’t calculate total load and adapt accordingly. They adapt in reaction to a stressful stimulus put upon them.

If both sets were of the same intensity, then they would have a similar effect on stimulating muscle growth.

All of the advice above is spot on. Try and identify any foods causing the constipation.

Cacao powder can be excellent for getting things moving again.

Recommend 25-50g of it daily to help resolve things.

There definitely could be some value to this but you would have to be very particular with how you apply it.

The main thing you’d want to protect (and increase) is strength.

Increasing volume too quickly would likely limit the loads you are handling. However, if you were strategic and gradually increased volume along with food and were smart with exercise selection, then there could be a benefit!

Another issue is that you would have to manage intensity when volume starts to increase too much. It’s another variable that would make the whole process hard to juggle.

Okay mate cheers will look into that!

Also might sound like a daft question but just making sure , I know it’s a peptide which alters the hormone of melatonin It doesn’t affect any other hormones at all like test or anything I can take this while being natural and it not affect test levels etc
No it doesnt , might just give you constant hard ons lol
It causes melanocytes to produce melanin. Should not interact with melatonin nor testosterone (on paper at least). ALTHOUGH, the body is a highly complex system so it is highly possible it could have an effect on both of these.

The cheap ones I use are consistent but I guess that could be as I’ve had them for a number of years. I am consistent in my technique, timing and sites also.

Not sure if that helps but there you go

    Really useful. Thanks!

I do like Nicks look BUT i favour others due to shape

i think midsection plays a big part….they are marked down for distention etc Hadis abs are mad too !
Agreed regarding Nicks shape. It’s unfortunate for him as I’m not sure there is much he can do to address it. He can get better by getting bigger for sure but can not alter his shape (much).

Hadi’s physique is my favorite out of the open guys, he is crazy looking!

Distention is definitely more penalised now than it was a handful of years ago. However, I think even when a bodybuilder has a small waist, it does not look that impressive when their abs lack development. Just my opinion and preference.
