I would say monitoring is the best method matey, pick yourself up a blood pressure monitor and take your readings to make sure it’s staying within safe/healthy levels. You can pick em up easily off Amazon these days

If there is blood coming out of the site – just a little this can be very normal.

`why would you feel your wasting gear? Its blood coming out not oil ??

What time of day are you injecting? If its post workout etc you are likely to get more blood coming out of the site due to elevated BP.

What needle size are you using/. The thicker the gauge I.E a green will cause blood than something like an Orange.

As Riz says leaving the needle in may help but it depends on what is the cause if its happening after every jab.

Hey mate so normally it’s like you said just a little blood nothing bad, but today I bled a good 3ml lol maybe I’ve hit a blood vessel? Or where I injected last time and didn’t heal up in time?

I’m using 1inch orange for most my injection and blues normally for glutes

Your doing everything pretty damn perfect then bud – have you tried to leave the needle in place for around 10 seconds after injecting and then removing it 10 seconds after? something i have done a long while i rarely get any bleeding this way.

I’ve not tried this so I’ll do it next injection thanks buddy! Hopefully does the trick

It depends what the injury is. There’s not much information here. Was it a sudden injury or a niggle that’s got worse over time? How did she do it and where’s the pain?

She was doing squats and started feeling a burning pain and now it’s swollen up a lot more then the other knee and the pain is the whole right knee cap 🙁

Hey, I would advise going and seeing a sports therapist or physio, as we can’t give you any advise without knowing what the problem is. Your best option is to get it checked out and go from there ?

Hey Mark, I hope you’re doing well
I’ve also experienced this with my apple watch and found that it was just due to the watch not being snug to my wrist, I also had a reading of between 200-210 BPM just from getting up from my desk.
Try adjusting your strap to get the best possible fit, that sorted out my issues

Ive seen.that label on steroid juiceplus website I dunno if thats new label or there very.first label as the dimension website still has black label with the red D I think that one you have is black with white D
