I used to do quads weekly for years with no issues
1 inch orange pin
However I now much prefer lats and VG
Thankyou mate!

Best place on the quads is skipping the quads and pinning elsewhere haha
Hahaha I just want them to grow more my glutes are just scar tissue everywhere! and my shoulders bleed everytime I do them

Sounds to me like you are a little burnt out physically and mentally.
I 100% agree with rich in this situation and a full week off training will do you a world of good. A deload or devolume will most probably not do the job here.
It’s got nothing to do with the gear why you aren’t progressing here
With the week off I would take some time to think and plan how you can be a little more meticulous on return to the gym.
So you know your calories and macros daily, logging training and making sure the work you are doing is doing the job, resting enough… when we do this if something is slightly off or we are stalling we can usually pin point it because we have the information to hand.
Thanks mate appreciate it I’ll listen to you both and get back to you on here in a months time see where I’m at.

Hi mate
My personal view is that you should take a full week off training, let yourself get physically and mentally rested
In that time, absolutely iron out your maintenance calories. Once you know what number holds you stable, it’s so simple to manipulate up and down.
It’s one of the absolute best things you’ll do.
It can seem a pain to get it sorted, but honestly mate, it will make everything SO much easier thereafter
Thanks mate appreciate the help! ?? hopefully it sorts me out

Hi mate
You say your food is going down well, and you’ve cited the number of meals that you consume, but have you increased calories throughout the day since your BW stopped climbing?
You say training isn’t going well, but is that actually that your sessions are not going well, or is everything being judged by physique progress rather than performance progress?
Hey mate and I try force down me what I can haha should I track the calories them up them do you think? And when I say training is shit I’m like tired all the time I have no go in me at the minute and it plays on my mind with the gear not reacting as good as it use to? I use to be 18.2 now I’m 16.9 and I’m trying my hardest to get back up to that weight it’s just a bloody struggle, any suggestions haha ??

like it can adapt to low levels of calorie intake, your metabolism can adapt too to cope with high calorie consumption. Often dropping down to maintenance or even slightly below for a few weeks is enough to downregulate your metabolism. – similalrly, taking a break from training whether that be a calculated deload, or complete rest works well. Often in these instances, just taking things down a few notches, and getting your body used to a period of relative maintenace in all aspects including drugs is enough to allow you to push onwards later on
Thanks man yeah I’ll try that! I just feel tired all the time it’s annoying
