@clare cheers Clare had a few days not taking my cbd and feel more awake and fresh! But I do like how my joints feel off it! I also use join in and that’s amazing!
Will deffo try sleep stack but last time I used 5htp it kept me awake hahah! Was wired! Wtf!
I do take ashwaganda pre bad and do think that helps! -

I don’t feel low in the T department at all but was just looking for a little jolt in some new tissue! Very conservative though!
Pretty much in my opinion all good on training and nutrition could do w
It’s a little less stress but couldn’t we all!

I done anavar only cycle a long time ago…stupidly! Got horrendous facial acne when came off! Wouldn’t bother! 19 years old aswell train hard eat good the rest will take care of itself!

Tbh when I first started doing RDL’s I hurt my left glute from over stretching and I rested for a few weeks then it was fine.
Just be mindful of range of motion and progress slowly, sounds like you’ve pulled a muscle or minor strain.Cheers Jamie
Going to try resting, but done a few tests and looking like piriformis syndrome!
Been deadlifting for about 12 years with no bother at all, think age is catching up haha! ????
Thinking switch to rack deads for awhile to try take my booty out the lift.
And do some glute strengthening exercises as I do sit all day with work [/quote]
Strengthening would help for sure but honestly sounds like what I’d done, I think you’re just going a tad too deep and block or rack pulls would negate that AFTER rest.[/quote]

Saving grace is it literally only comes on with rdl’s! Got some stretches and glute strengthening exercises to start! I sit in car all day and pretty sure it don’t help!
Might try some different forms of deads for awhile until fixed!
Just add it to rest of my bastard injuries! ???????? -
