Cheers jdh, I have looked into the negatives and seems some good results on tendons, so will try for few month! The hyalauronic injections I have not heard of before, can this be done nhs?

Warm up I normally do some bike and then some exercises/stretches to open up my hips/ abductors, start leg session with lying legs curls sometimes two hamstring exercises, then move onto quads and stretch out after session, cheers

Pre, roasted sweet potatoe, egg whites, 3 whole eggs fried.
Inta just water with some electrolytes
Post whey shake, almond milk poured over rice crispies -
Roasted cubed sweet pots with a little Cajun season on, some hot sauce added!
Goes great cold with chicken! I also have all but two meals of Day cold as am a driving instructor, so have to get creative! -
Have had impingement in right shoulder for around 6 month and shoulders look no different no loss in size, as to cannot overhead press, like sas said steep incline and laterals, have found the smith machine set steep in fine and I am even limited on side laterals, but have found heavy straight arm partials on laterals pain free and very affective.

She has low fat intake and is not sure on fat digestion, historically constipated and bloating.
Meds thyroxine 100mg per day.

Had/got very bad quad tendonosis right above knee cap have had for around one year, same boat physio..shit exercises to do every day,got dry needling done, made them worse! Been using bpc-157 and in two weeks back to leg training!!! At least 70% less pain, so for me this is turning out to be miracle cure! Worked even better on shoulder, well worth a try

Training is very modified at the moment, but still able to get some good sessions in, changing hand position on presses ect, more machine work so not to much balancing

Hi vasileios no surgery but very painful impingement, a lot of pain during training and limited exercise choice, also bad pain at night, and pain even driving! Same with quad tendon.
During time using the bpc-157 I took a week or ten days off training to let it start working withought further aggravation -
