Hi Samir what I found works great for is take the week off but do some light cardio just to get blood moving around, then some stretching/ little foam rolling, on an evening 3-4 times over the week a nice Epsom salt bath! After that week should feel pretty good

What I found very helpful and this is from John meadows, was to do the shoulder dislocations exercise with a band, over and backs? Between sets, around 12 reps, loosens up that area great and seems to enhance the pump in chest, really good!
Shoulder impingement has stopped me doing them for now! But give a try! ???????? -
So if doing clomid after say 16 weeks how long to run clomid and what dose? Sorry just New to using gear!
Thanks again -
D.J thanks for advice! Will go for it!

Thanks for advice! Still would be happy on the lower end, if say 250mg per week for 12 weeks what sort of pct would be advised?
Thanks again -
Good point ric! Will stick with them and see how I progress, delts are a strong body part for me so even maintaining will be fine.
Thanks for advice! -
Yeah I came across it! Leaving off presses for 3-4 weeks and focus on weak body parts..all of em! Ha! and doing those trap 3 raises everyday!
Cheers jdh
Also just started some cissus, fingers crossed! -
Thanks a lot for advice, I’m sure a lot of it comes from sitting as I’m a driving instructor I sit for long periods! I know this is bad! But have been lazy on rehab and rotator cuff exercises, but will follow advice and confident will get better, also ordered some curcumin and cissus from Jordan’s advice on previous post.
Thanks again -
Thanks, going to start some external rotation exercises with band, and also do the dislocations with band before push sessions but will try with a solid piece, broom, every night and leave off presses. Thanks for advice

Cheers, will give those ones on the smith at try also…especially with the Pussy pad! ????

Pretty snug but wouldn’t say overly tight! Got pretty bad quad tendinitis at the minute and does help, normally wouldn’t train with them

Any good sites anyone can recommend for BPC-157?
Thanks! -
Thanks Jordan, currently using curcumin and have used cissus in past and got good relief, but not so much this time, will try the other! Hopefully get some relief as was planning my first show next year!
