    Thanks for reply, when I say I still can they do still hurt just not as much as squats, even light squats, never ego lifted in years haha, 42 now! Cheers

    Having had sleep problems, warrior dream was great!
    Also zma with some added topical mag and a piriton hay fever tablet puts me out!

    Do you think same routine but not superset? And progress the poundages on the chins and dips?
    I also hit biceps on my pull day just one exercise and tris in my push day, same thing one exercise and then arm only end if week, thanks again!

    Try voodoo floss bands! My tendon knee pain has been terrible on and off over years!
    Bought some floss bands use on quad tendon and elbows, get some great relief!
