    Just to jump in this post and ask, pre workout novo 2iu 15 min before pre workout high carb meal. Lets say train around 6.30PM. would you need a post novo too? or lantus AM – 10iu everyday….then 2 iu novo pre workout before pre meal only on training days. and nothing post. GH 5 iu pre bed? decent layout. off-season layout
