I just realized that i never fully answered the question that you posed. Just start out at tier 1 and take care of the nutrition side and you will be fine. The ebook goes over the science of when you should move to the next tier.
It goes back to a constant theme on this sight. Work out as hard and be as consistent as you can with everything else so that you can recover to work out as hard as you can……repeat day in and day out. Aided or not, you will put on good mass.

I am doing it now and I have been off anabolics and on PCT for a month now. Weights are about the same but I took it from Tier 3 turbo to tier 2 turbo. So basically I just pulled volume. In honesty I probably should be at tier 1, but I use the extra volume for body composition reasons. Basically I don’t want to get fat before I am back on again in full offseason (drug and meal wise) mode.

I don’t think that the mindset is too different despite the fact that the training is. In DC, you will be tempted to add sets. Don’t. Push yourself as hard as possible in the working sets. If at the end of your workout, you still feel the urge to add sets, you may have not pushed the intensity enough. I say may, because you may be genetically gifted to recover, but for most this is it. I hurt my shoulder pretty bad while doing DC two contests ago and made the switch to mountaindog to limp it into the contest. It worked. Then I switched back when my shoulder recovered.
Now if you are an advanced trainer you will want to do the 3day split. I consider myself advanced and chemically aided but I trained primarily using the 2 way split 4 days per week as DC training was originally designed before Dante modified it. If you are aided and need some volume to grow legs, add a set of whatever compound movement you are doing in the 10-12 range. That is the only modification that I would make if I were you.

Awesome advice. Thanks Jordan. I appreciate it.

Tren seems to be better for body composition and as long as I am taking pramipexle my sex drive remains high. It just seems like tren doesn’t effect my HPTA as much as deca. I am not a spring breaker. I am a 37 year old NPC competitor (that will never be a pro) with a family but my thoughts are that I need my wife’s support. Having Deca dick won’t help. Tren never effects the sex drive and I have been on it for 3 months at a time in contest prep sometimes with minimal carbs and my sex drive was at least maintained at a moderate level

The short esthers were designed to hypothetically jump from a 750mg of test blast to 200mg cruise quickly. Hence the six weeks of blasting and two weeks of cruising protocol. During the two weeks you run 200-300mg test and PCT simultaneously. The edited post everywhere on the Internet doesn’t cover any of this. Just the original forum copy of all of the posts.

Download the Scribed, full Cycle For Pennies. While I get your point and you are correct, the full Cycle For Pennies post, captured, in the Scribed app goes into much more detail on the anabolics…..much, much more. To include converting Tren and Dantes recommendations on using test prop during your blasts.

I have never heard of this, but I am curious. If you do t mind answering, how would you front load your EQ through the weeks of your blast?

I love EQ in the offseason. It drives my hunger through the roof. I would like to hear more about front loading. I have always just run 200mg per week in EOD administration…..theoretically of course.

You can and should plan to go beyond failure if you can. I set the stops on the squat rack and on my last fortitude set of back squats, I go until I fail and the bar ends up on the stops. I do this with bench and incline bench and reverse grip and close grip bench on the smyth machine as well. On hack squats I fail when the hack machine ends up at the bottom. Same with seated calf raise, etc. it is virtually impossible to find a partner with any interest in DC training or Fortitude training. Too much pain. I will bet that more people train HIT without a partner than with.

I have always thought that The plan that Jordan outlines in his video PCT for Cruising was the perfect protocol whether you were bridging or completely off. It would be interesting to hear if there are different approaches.

I agree with Dane. Peptopro and HBCDs go down like water for me. When I unknowingly run out of peptopro and switch to whey isolate it fills me up quicker and sits in my stomach. i have never had stomach issues with any of these items. I would check your source first before you eliminate the product from your periworkout nutrition IMO.

You said it. It cooks you from the inside out and the dosages aren’t precise due to how it is administered. I would be interested in hearing if any top guys in the UK are on this. In the US none of the NPC competitors or 212 IFBB guys I know would touch this. It is know as an urban legend drug that people who fall way behind in dieting might resort to. i have an idea…..do a contest four weeks later. Makes no sense. More women’s physique coaches than anyone else I know recommending this.

    Jordan,
Of course. It is important to know upfront that when it comes to super sups, can interfere with sperm count and fertility. The smart way to go about it is HCG. I know that my proposed method was guru science (came from my coach who applied it, but came from another coach before him), but it should be pointed out that there are more and more studies that are out there, that show that male infertility can be treated by a number of non-standard methods.
Here is a cool article about male contraception methods (from several different agents) as they relate to sperm count. Obviously, contraception is the opposite of what we are going for here, but it is definitely interesting how the different agents lower and then in some cases, work to raise sperm count.

I felt that I better repost just to clear up what I am saying.

I would definitely not blast forever or blast and cruise at high levels for extremely long periods of time with the notion that I could rely on taking the test way high to stimulate the leydig cell production, but I would definitely give it a try if hcg didn’t work. And I would surely give it a try before spending thousands on fertility treatment that is just as unreliable and extremely expensive…at least in the states.

I think that you may have misinterpreted the plan. When you are blasting, it is four sessions a week (for 4-6 weeks).
If you are referring to the cruise portion, then yes for a week or two you may get down to 3 sessions a week of muscle round sessions.

IMO, and I am aided, keep a strict diet, and limit outside activities and stressors, 4days a week of balls to the wall intensity each session is enough for me. I honestly have nightmares and sweat when I think about day 3 and my leg press muscle round. Getting close to the workout, I need to give myself a shot of ghrp6 just to get my last whole food meal in because I am so not interested in eating. That is how intense I look at those four days. That is just one man’s perspective though.
