This is tough to answer. Is there anyone who can duplicate Dorian Yates’s intensity? If you watch Blood and Guts, he does 3 exercises per body group. You have to think that splitting these up through the week would have Benefitted him.
He would have had so many more opportunities to grow as well as auto regulate his training.I could be wrong though and maybe he never recovers because he goes so deep into that CNS hole each time he trains.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate the reply Jordan.

Go to the workout video section and find the video titled: heavy upper body work.
It is easy to find because it is one of the few colored vids. Watch and listen when Jordan explains heavy dips.
This sums it up: heavy dips, heavy reverse grip bench, and heavy close grip benches.

Best back thickness:
Ronnie Coleman
Dorian Yates
Jonnie Jackson
Dusty Hanshaw
Luke Sandoe
Justin Harris
Jordan
Stan Efferding
King Kamali
Flex Lewis (when he made the biggest improvements)
Steve Kuclo (when building his base)All deadlifted or deadlift heavy in some form or fashion.
There is a correlation here. Simple as that. Dante pointed it out years ago and it still rings true today.

Jordan, a cool idea for a video would be to know techniques that you use to stay so accurate. So for example, I heard a podcast where you say that at night you out the entire plan hour by hour for the next day on your phone.
Also, on a Mark Cole podcast, he mentioned something about how you were extraordinarily committed, focused and dedicated about everything bodybuilding, mentioning that he couldn’t help noticing it when he traveled with you one time.
Any idea you use to stay on track and exact and organized could probably help out a good number of people. I’m not looking for the magic solution or anything, as most of that revolves around effort and hard work, just looking for ideas that I could incorporate into my busy life to add precision. The phone idea works perfect by the way in preventing being late or early for a meal. -
Cool. Thanks a lot Corrine for your quick response. I hope that you guys enjoy your trip.

Jordan, as someone as methodical, in tune with your body and sensitive to changes as you are, have your added PhD studies interfered at all at this point with your training/recovery or overall prep? It would be interesting to gain the perspective of someone such as yourself on this issue as you are at the pinnacle of building and then retaining muscle and you added what some would consider a major stressor.

Jordan on Instagram you were deadlifting 685 lbs for five or so reps. That was inspirational by the way. My question is: what was your overall volume for that session like? Did you dial the volume back knowing the toll that set probably had on your CNS?

That would be what I would do. Yes, older men can respond decently to clomid, and doctors will say that there are fewer sides. But if you are on this site, you probably don’t want to be average. In my opinion, if I am going to put a chemical in my body, it is going to be something that replicates something that my body produces over something completely foreign. Clomid mimics nothing in the human body. I take clomid during cruises but I can’t wait to get off of it. Just from piece of mind.
Also, You want to have an above average build and lift with intensity. Test is the answer. HRT or otherwise. Your doctor is just trying to get you back to “normal” health wise. Wouldn’t you rather have the healthy test levels of a young 20 year old dude than take meds designed for women? Just my 2 cents. I am not claiming to be an expert. You just hit a nerve with your post as more and more docs in the States are moving to clomid for HRT as well. It’s the “safe” solution for them. I don’t see any longevity clinics going the clomid route. They know that a customer who feels great will come back. For the most part, Docs don’t care as much about repeat business. Most are full of patients to begin with. -
You nailed it right off the bat. Your test is still low. I would find a second doctor and get T replacement at at least 200mg per week or just use UG gear at 200mg per week. Clomid is an easy PC move for the doctor and probably is just as expensive for you without the same results. Don’t accept this.

I would just take the test up to 500mg while keeping your other dosages the same and control your estrogen. I think that you will regain the ability to climax quickly.
Maybe buy some Prami.

I wouldn’t over complicate fats if you are in a caloric surplus. But you are right to not use peanut oil. You probably want to take in some Omega 3s through evening primrose oil, borage oil, fish oils.
For cooking you should probably use Macademia nut oil, cocunut oil, grass fed butter, avacato oil, red palm oil, and olive oil. Make sure that you measure these out to some extent. With 9 calories per gram, fats can add to your caloric intake quickly.

Adam, I love cooking with coconut oil. It tastes great and is a great source of healthy saturated fat.
Another great oil to cook with is Macademia Nut oil. A little pricy but it tastes like butter and has a super high flash point.
