Anavar isn’t a bad choice if you were in a caloric deficit. As JP explained in his last vid, orals like Anavar and Winstrol keep strength levels up during periods of prolonged dieting. Six weeks IMO is as long as you want to push it. Others may feel differently on this.

EQ works for most. I love it. But it could make you much hungrier. You may want to counter this by selecting foods that provide you with a high level of satiety.

I want to say that I am no expert in this just a trial and error guy (on myself of course) so I am just sharing my opinion. I am interested in what others say as well.

What do you plan to do with your supplementation at the end of this cycle?

Scott, yes just due to previous usage. This would be what I would do. You may be able to progress more with patience.

Now if I were starting from square one, then I would follow Jordan’s protocol to the tee, but I know that I would not have the patience for this if I had used previously.

Basically though, if you are in it for the long haul and you think that you do have the patience then of course starting with 400mg of test and nothing else is probably the prudent way to go. You are going to want to get back to that peak fast though.

Scott, I am not an expert in gear but some of this must take into consideration your current bodyweight and body fat %. But assuming that you are an in shape 225lbs for instance, I would start at as low as a dosage as possible to support additional mass. For instance 500-600mg test as your base and then EQ at 200-300mg. No need to just run test.
By week two your muscles will look full and feel full like in the past when you were running big cycles.

I should ask though, why such a low dose? I am making the assumption that you are starting on a blast and not a cruise. You are using an hrt dose.

Dude you are going to be fine. You don’t need any pct or anything.

It’s funny you asked. I had the same issue from a Sunday injection this week. The pain lasted for 3-4 days but now I don’t even feel it. I think that I just may have hit some scar tissue or maybe a nerve if that is even possible.

I would just replace barbell movements with dumbbell or unilateral machine chest movements for a period of time and then see is things are getting better.

Train just as heavy and intense as ever.

Note though that you may have some medical issue causing this. Scoliosis, or a nerve issue, or tissue damage. Adjusting Training may not do anything if this is the case.

This is definetely a tool to use if your blood sugar is a little higher (above 110 in the US) to have with your meals. Very small amounts though (2-3 iu’s). You can begin to take it the day prior to a show prior to meals 2,4, and 6 and then the day of prior to meal 1. I wouldn’t use any more than that. And again, if you don’t have high blood sugar then it probably means that sodium, water, and glycogen are in the right balance and you don’t need a thing.

Evolution Peptides. Google it. You will find like products.

  • No problem John. Let us know if the digestion is any better with a much more diluted shake.
It would still be interesting if anyone else weighed in on this as I have heard of a number of people having issues with digestion and their peri workout shake. I just took a guess based on my experiences.

I wish that I was good at math, but I give myself 7ius per shot from an insulin pen. The ghrp-6 is 5mg. I would try to give yourself the lowest dosage possible to get your appetite going. What I stated below gets me ravenous for food. If I go above that, I not only risk cheating, as I will still be hungry after I am done eating, but I also worry about blunting my own hunger hormone.
