If you avoid dairy for months on end and try to have it, everyone I know has stomach issues. IMO, it is not natural for your body to digest cow milk. Next time you try dairy after months or years of avoidance, notice how your body almost starts attacking it as soon as it is in your mouth. Skip pointed this out to me in a diet seminar years ago and he was right on. Not to mention the fact that lactose might as well be sugar to your body.

Honestly, I as in the same boat a few years ago and hired a coach. It’s about clean calories for endos like ourselves. Tons of food but all clean. I would try to copy Jordan’s nutrient timing approach 7 days a week or a carb cycling approach for several weeks with no cheats. You will lose your taste for junk if you are taking in tons of clean calories. I don’t count my calories. I just know that on my low carb days I take in 50 grams per meal of lean animal protein with 7 grams of healthy fats and 35 grams of carbs for 7 meals. On high carb day I take in 100 grams of carbs for the first meal and 75 for the other five meals not counting my peri workout shake. My peri workout shake has 180 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein. Medium days have 45 grams of protein and 45 grams of carbs and 3 grams of borage oil for 6 meals not including a periworkout shake. At first this will feel like too much but if you are working out hard and around 220-240lbs you will get leaner and not feel like binging. I don’t binge because when I do, I can’t eat my next clean meal because binging for me involves fat laden foods and crap that fills me up fast.

James Madison Research or US Peptides or Chem1research.

The benefits of these are intensity without putting an extreme amount of loading on your joints and tendons. They are simply 6sets of 4rep micro sets separated by 5-6 deep breaths. There is a science behind how to adjust if you cannot finish your 6sets and that can be found in the Fortitude Training ebook by Scott. To get a starting weight, pick a weight that you can do 15 reps for. Progress on this by hitting 24 reps and then the next workout increasing the weight. Progressive overload style.

I wouldn’t think so. So it may be the right move to get some Cabergoline like JP recommended. I only use Prami because I can source it very easily and bought a lot. Caber is on all of the research sites though like Madison James Research etc. Prami does have some sides that make me tired, but it works.

To prevent this on the future, you may not want to run your AIs as high through your cycle. If you are doing a contest and have no choice, taper down off of the high arimidex dosages and move to tamoxifen in your PCT. estrogen rebounds the higher the dosage of Arimidex or AI of choice. This is also the cause of a lot of bad weight gain after a cycle or pct as estrogen levels shoot through the roof.

You get extra if you order on your birthday. At least they used to do this.

Toby, from my experience with this much tren, I only noticed the sides during the last few weeks of prep, when I took my tren up to 300mg and dropped my test to 400mg from 750mg. Like Peter I had the night sweats and became emotional. What I don’t know though is how the low carbs and the rotation of carbs effected that as well. I felt much better on my high carb day, but at the end I was on one high and six lows.

Hunger is a big side effect of EQ. Makes it perfect for an offseason cycle. Maybe try 300mg spaced out like Christoph suggested.

Also JP, can you go deeper into depth about something that you said on the Geared Up Podcast? See link under this for whomever has not heard this.
http://geardup.com/geard-up-podcasts/geard-up-episode-116-the-british-are-coming-anth-bailes-jordan-peters/You said that you put 3 inches onto your arms with Synthol and managed to keep two of those inches. Do you mean permenate gains were made with Synthol? Filip, Jordan answers your question in the podcast by the way.

Yeah, I just threw in the blurb about the tren in case you are behind in your prep.
Your protocol looks spot on to me though.

I would follow option 2 for a couple of reasons.
1. EQ can drive hunger up. Not something that you need to have in the final six weeks
2. EQ will compete with the Masternon for receptors. Bringing in the Anavar at the end is a smart move. No competition for receptors and it will harden you up.everything looks on point as far as how I would do it. If you were going to add anything else, to your current plans, in the last few weeks, IMO it should only be tren or winstrol.

I think that you figured it out by upping your calories. You are more disciplined than me. I would have gone right up to 3500 instead of going to 3200 first.
I would recommend, now that your weight has stabilized, taking your calories up to 3500. You will grow.

One more thing I though of is possibly using bands to decrease the load but up the intensity of your leg workouts.

Decent article about this SARM in the latest Muscular Development. The cover has a pic of Phil Heath.
