Inside the knee too?
Maybe try this. Sorry the hyperlink is small and hard to see directly under these words.http://greatlakesgelatin.com/storefront/index.php/consumer/hydrolysate.html

IMO, I would try Fortitude training which has loading and pump days as well as muscle rounds. My suggestion would be to stay away from the Turbo versions of the program. Probably too much frequency in the turbo versions for your knee pain. Start at tier 1.

You may be prolactin sensitive. If the tamoxifen doesn’t work then maybe try pramipexle. I just have not heard of anyone needing this once Tren is removed. Just as guess here and I know that time is of the essence for you.

MemberAugust 18, 2016 at 11:50 pm in reply to: building muscle, eating big but getting a bellyJust my opinion, I’m sure that Jordan has his and i can’t wait to read it, but I don’t eat any junk in the offseason except on Christmas Day and a little bit on Thanksgiving. Dude, just eat consistent amounts of rice and consistent amounts of flank steak or chicken every meal with some healthy fats and adjust your carbs based on your calipers. I personally wouldn’t know where to start in adjusting junk food. The regular foods are simple. 6-7 meals per day. If I miss a meal (happens once a month), I set my alarm and eat another meal at 1am. That is what it takes for me to put on mass and compete at the amateur level. I look at food as energy that is useful in building muscle. If my body can only take so many calories before I get a gut, Then I need to take in worthwhile calories. Clean food fills me up more so that I don’t feel like I am starving.
When I am going full bore offseason blast, I go up to 8 meals per day. Still no junk. Just me though. Everyone is different. The IIFYM approach has worked for many, just not me. -
I’m sure Jordan will answer this too, but honestly the DC training 2 day split is a 3 times a week workout that has put more mass on me than any other training program. My advice would be to buy or watch Jason Wojo’s dvd or watch on YouTube. The same can be said for Justin Harris’s Project Superheavyweight DVD.

It is actually in Jordan’s offseason training log on page 37 I believe. Metformin effects ampk which then down regulates MTor.
-
He mentioned this in an earlier post. He does not because it wrecks mTor I believe.
I have avoided Metformin and stayed with Fenugreek capsules or R-ALA. don’t get regular ALA. it has to be R-ALA. you won’t get the same results with you insulin sensitivity as Metformin but you also don’t suppress MTor.

I believe the Cjc-1295, ghrp-2, and ipamorelin are usually legit and beneficial. I have not seen any studies at all that the PEPTIDE IGF-1 is beneficial. I think you are right to suppose that gh is your workhorse IMO.
Real IGF-1 is impossible to get on the UG sites.

No it shouldn’t interfere at all. He doesn’t like it because if you over rely on it, you will need more and more. I use it only before the meals at the end of the day when I am not as hungry. I also only use it for a few weeks after pushing calories up. I eat clean all year long so the calories up means more chicken breast and or steak and rice per meal.
After a few weeks your body gets used to the higher calories and you can stop the peptide.
See what Jordan says for himself in his peptide video if I didn’t answer this well. -
Try it out with CJC-1295. If you see results please let us know. I am curious. I use Cjc-1295 with ghrp-2. But I am curious about MK677.

I could be behind the times, but I thought that JM used BCDs for carbs with pepto pro.

In his video Jordan is not a big fan of these but when I up calories in the offseason, I rely on ghrp-6 for 3-4 weeks. Taken 20 minutes before your next meal drives your hunger sky high. It tricks your body. I have not developed any dependency on this peptide as I only use it before meals that I don’t feel like eating, and again only for the first few weeks after pushing calories up. Your body adjusts and you won’t need this anymore. Just my 2cents.

I would take them out though 2-3 days before your show. Depending on your approach, sodium intake should probably be sea salt….not diet drinks. Plus, with all of the chemicals in these drinks you don’t want something to mess up your hard work that you weren’t counting on. IMO.

It depends on goals. I thought that it was interesting to hear that Jordan was trying to start lower than he had in the past. His method is the smartest method. Start low and gradually increase. What if you drop and still make similar gains as your last cycle. Then it is like your new lower starting point. The upside just got higher. To get bigger you will have to add but it would be gradual.
I am trying to do the same thing. I was running 500g as a LHW competitor and used a coach for the first time last year. In fairness to the coach, I told him that I wanted to be a freak as a HW for my next contest 7 months later He had me bump the test up to 800mg and kept my EQ the same in the offseason. It worked but…..is 800mg my new starting point. See what I am saying? -
I know that you were asking just JP or Corrine, but I had been looking for the same thing.
I saw a workout vid from this site where Corrine was using Dumbbells for stiff legged deads. I tried this and Dumbbells work great. You have to go pretty heavy 150lbs to 200lb Dumbbells but the secret to Dumbbells is that you can take advantage of the fact that you don’t have a bar rubbing against your legs to make the movement more complex.
Another move that works great that Justin Harris taught me was to use the hack squat machine in a reverse fashion. With bands is even better so that the move gets tighter at the top.
The third tip would be another thing I got from Corrine from a vid. Warm up using a larger band under your feet and over your shoulders. Just do your SLDL with the band first in a warm up. When you do your SLDLs they will feel much better.
