0.25mg a day as a start point is fine for everyone as it’s low! It’s purposefully low to just make sure there are no adverse reactions . I don’t see a need going lower than that to start , as most people are going to need 0.4-0.5mg a day to really make a difference in their physique and goals

Looks overkill to me personally. Not even sure how you’d measure out this tiny doses.
The vast majority of people just start with the low dose of 0.25mg daily and stick with that.
Any adjustments to the 0.25mg daily dose advised for a women 60kg / 20% bodyfat or is same dose good?

500mcg cjc and 500 ipam together , 45 mins before last meal is going to leverage the max potential gh pulse you can possibly get . It defo works ! You will get equivalent of 5iu GH out of that dose

Split the dose and water down the shot a touch bud . It’s stingy as it’s high dosed . I did 20iu ( 300mcg ) and added another 30iu bac water , so 50iu total and pinned that super slow . And take on wake yes and again mid day / early afternoon
Rookie question: Any reason why not to make a stock solution of same ratio in a bac water vile?
