    Thanks for all the responses, I appreciate the help I’m getting. To answer all your questions, yes I am progressing with every session and I’m having fun and my weight is going up about 0.5 kg a week. The only thing I was worried about was if I needed to go to failure for optimal progressive overload but it looks okay if I get close to failure as you guys/girls say.

    To answer Michaela’s question I don’t really know if I have 1 RIR but I USALLY don’t fail the last rep but it’s really hard. When I said that I was worried if I don’t go to failure I meant to maybe do some partials if I fail the rep, but as it seems to be I won’t gain any more from that. Just more fatigue to recover from. (which I can’t recover from in my split because of the high frequency)

    Yes, they are progressing a bit every season, but not in the so fast I would like. But I guess that my expectations are set too high after all the tiktoks I watch 🙂
