Not really contest prep but relevant I hope…
1. How many reps do you need to hit on a given exercise before increasing the weight?
For example, if I decline BB 110kg for 10, do I up to 120 for 7-8, or hit 110 for 12 then move up.
2. How many pump sets do you do? I tend to feel better doing a 25-30 set and then a 15-20 set (2 in total). I also assume no warmups are needed here?
