If you’re staying in the 5-7 rep range as this manages fatigue best (for you), the only variables you’re changing are exercise selection and weight, correct?
So lots of micro-loading?

How many hours of sleep per night do you average?
I watched your most recent video where you explain fatigue is so high now.
Why not add 1-3 more hours sleep in per day to try to bring down

You have spoken about your ability to progress lifts with the same exercises over and over not having to rotate as often as others.

3G of long ester drugs , at 1 week , probably still got 2.5 drugs in system , at week 2 probably still got 2.1 ish at 3 weeks 1.7 ish at 4 week probably 1.2 ish etc etc , why would you drop muscle when still have that much drug floating around in system ?
The look deflates , but actual muscle loss, nah
Is there much different in health/bloods from 3g to 1.2g?

Bicep x 13 x 8 x 10-2Once I’m down as light as I can go on these cals, I won’t go lower as I’m cruising , but I’m always happy to make that diet adjust that sees me through the first couple weeks while drugs are still floating about , I went straight to cruise when I hurt my back which is 2 weeks ago Monday . I think I will probably get down to 265 ish , then I will push on for more other side of the cruise 🙂
We are viewing a 22,000 sq ft warehouse wed , we need to move the supps, as I mentioned a few times and I had my eye on an 18,000
But this one is better . I was just waiting for the stability with the first gym and that’s all in place now , so we can crack on with the next part with the supps , which is expanding the range even more , adding a couple new businesses that will also operate out of that warehouse to maximise the space and then in house manufacturing 🙂Will you be manufacturing for other supplements companies too?

277.2 yday, 277.8 today, i expect in the next 2 weeks to be down to 270
on the cals im onmasteron shortage now too, so will have to run 525 test, 700 eq 700 mast . my preference is still primo but at this stage i dont care much, i just need the mg total i need and control of e2 , its all much the same for me, i have never seen any diff in my blood work across the 3 compounds, i just like the visual most primo brings
