no idea , beat max size everywhere, get in shape , compete. i don’t care about time frames or what comp as we have so much going on atm with the new gym and new in house manufacturing facility, that i can do the bodybuilding in the back ground provided i don’t lock into timeframes, as sticking to a diet and training hard is effortless for me, until literally the last 7 pounds to come off, and then i will do that when it fits business wise

mast isn’t interchangeable imo as it would add to drug total, proviron doesn’t imo it is extremely mild but does job for what I need when it comes to managing estro and lowering SHBG. All PEDS will bind with SHBG to increase the amount of free testosterone available in your blood but Proviron works better for that purpose.

Everything is in range aside from HDL which was low, LDL was low so 0 issues with it at all. That’s main thing to keep eye on, as long as LDL is low it won’t be problematic.
What is HDL and LDL reading?
From what I understand, the Trig:HDL ratio is a good/accurate indicator of heart disease.

I need to bring down my total anabolics from this week as I have done 6 weeks on 300mg total, this coming week will shift to 250mg total , will be 200 test + 50 primo , I think this will have me a in a gd spot to just drop off some overall weight ontop of the cardio I am doing, as I want to eat enough to fuel everything I’m doing so I’m not looking to diet / get much leaner , I literally just need to get a bit smaller / lighter , as I’m still 268-270 and it’s just making it so much harder than it needs to be fitness wise
I will eventually over the next few months get down to just 150mg test and likely not need an a.i there , I want to be on doc monitored trt so I can travel anywhere with my script, take my shot of test with me, and really be in such a bang on spot with how I feel physically and mentally , especially as the discussion of comps is coming up now with our coaches , and once I’m competing as often as I can , I absolutely only want / need to be on a legit trt dose, From just my own morals, I am not competing against someone who isn’t taking anything while I’m actively taking supra physiological doses . Obv I can’t undo the fact I have spent 15 years on that, but I can and will always do things that sit the best with me decision wise
( why the taper down to 150? Literally for my own sanity , lifting weights is still a big part of me, and although it’s becoming less so as I do more bjj as I know that will be something I can compete in, I still need to manage my own period of transition of being one of the biggest / strongest people I know, to then not being that , this is why a lot of bodybuilders don’t break away once it’s time to as they can’t manage this part, and I have found it Super hard the last 12 months, the only reason I can now is because I get to compete in something else )

For those following your log here, we have witnessed the internal fight you’ve had with BB’ing and competing for the last couple of years lowering/increasing doses.
Hindsight and “what if” is often useless IMO. Only if lessons are learned and stuck too I believe “hindsight” has any real substance.
I hope you can find happiness in your new competitive goal now and dont look back with health as paramount after many years of possible damage with drugs.

Not much to report from me,
Will run 300mg total drugs for the week again, 150 test 150 primo
All going well I have 5 bjj classes and 4 weight sessions for the week coming up , resting today from weights.
I’m on 3-4 meals a day depending on digestion
Doing an hour walking a day , all in a 10kg vest, today will be more as I did a 40min walk in one hit with the vest on.
Not much else to say , push tmo, I’m sure my strength will still hold , it usually does for the first couple weeks of a lower dose phase.
I’m excited to smash the week and end it again having accomplished a lot of new challenges.
As an extra , so I speak to a lot of pros on a pretty regular basis , this week gone, 3 Olympians all over 300 pounds all said how isnanely fucking jealous they are that I’m eating 3 times a day, letting my body weight drop and enjoying other activities. I can’t even tell you guys just how shit it is being that size , I know it looks cool, and it is fucking cool, but until you have experienced it, you can’t comprehend how wank it truly is lol. The respect I have for them for being able to endure it still is immense , and I honestly hope they get so fucking well paid for it! Because pay in bb is meh considering what top pros put their body through.

259, pull day today , repeat session of the one with James , but one set of stiff legs instead of the t bars , and one set of lower back hyper instead of the deficit lower back pull, progressed everything, it all felt lighter , as expected with 2 weeks 1 day back on a higher dose!

James is back down into camp for the next push and pull sessions , if works well as atm my push strength isn’t fully firing yet so he will do me there and then I will work hard to stay ahead on pull , this makes us both work harder than hard. Atm no point him being in for legs while I heal up

What drugs (including GH) are available for use in 2022 in your quest to get back on stage (if BW/CT comes back fine)?
