I watched it. Thought Holloway should of won and Usman/Masvidal was a bit of a disappointment. No one will beat Usman. He does what he needs to do to win.

Another perfect leg session , more all time pbs.
Someone asked me today when did I last have a run of bad sessions ? And genuinely the answer is never , I don’t even have one bad session – I have sometimes one set where I get 1 rep less than I wanted but even that is very very rare , even when totally injured and couldn’t train upper , I still had absolutely perfect lower body sessions every other day . They then asked me how that’s possible ? And again the answer is super simple , control every variable that can be controlled . I never miss meals ever , I never over or under eat , I never eat off plan , if I want a sushi meal, it’s factored into my macros and becomes a constant, I never go to bed late, I don’t let people into my life that cause stress. Personally i think those things are really simple, and if you want to build muscle and get strong , just put those things into place and crack on . Anyways , I thought I would share that , as I found it interesting how confused the person who asked me seemed to be, by the simple idea of controlling a few variables. And the thing is , if you can’t do the above that’s totally cool, just stop vocalising that you want a goal. If the words “ I want to achieve X “ , come out of your mouth , don’t do things that contradict that goal .
This is a fantastic post and can be applied to basically anything not just bodybuilding and/or training. Business, relationships, health etc…

Thanks mate that means a lot. I’m working very hard and I do have faith in that hard work. Obv the issues of my own expectations are troublesome , and may even need talking to someone about properly , as they have really become issues to the extent that if I don’t look fucking crazy , I won’t be interested in competing – which is sad , and not at all how it should be . But one day at a time, control what can be controlled and we shall see what comes of it all ???? . One thing for sure ; I am defo bigger than 2018 , which makes me very happy haha
Do not defeat yourself! You may not like the look 100% on the day, but still earn your IFBB pro card. Trust others decisions as hard as that sounds.

So I explained in today’s session I have just had a fucking nightmare couple days with gear , that promo Anavar cycle really turned on me. Digestion went to non stop burping – like how it did when I tried to run it at the start of diet . And the shots at 3.4ml are too big for sites , and 150mg/ml primo is destroying them with swell! FUCK! So back to 400mg / day nandrolone only . The start point cycle to this whole phase haha, the only one that felt right . So means weight will no doubt climb again but it’s just going to be a slight Estro bump. I have taken t3 up like I said and I will make a cal adjustment in 10 days ( 2 cycles of training , each being 5 days ) . Basically will stick on this cycle until I can tren! Annoying as hell keep chopping and changing these variables
Why do you think this reaction occurs now? Age?
I’m the same with all 17aa orals now, bar Anadrol. I get really bas headaches and it doesn’t go after weeks, I had to stop. But I never used t get this reaction. Also tried various brands, same problem. Also get bad reactions to see solvents or carrier oils of certain brands. But never used to years ago. Its odd.

Sorry I didn’t update for a couple day’s , been a very strange couple day’s after finding out about Luke . I haven’t stopped thinking about it and it’s very hard to accept . Corinne and I were very close to him for a long period of time , as you guys will of seen that have been members here a while, he was the first athlete we financially supported.

Sessions are pretty long because we are strong , so there is lots of warming up. So for example working upto to my stiff leg today that took 30 mins of warming up just to do 1 set. If I was only doing 4 plates it would take 15 mins. So when it’s like that for every exercise potentially , it all adds up. So legs takes around 3 hours. Push 2 and a bit, pull 2 and half. I rest as long as I need to attack a set
Does this also involve a lot of stretching between warmups?

Rest today , after the last 2 days on I’m hanging out of my ass . I have already gone back to bed once today between doing check ins and I’m going to go back for another sleep again, just to see if I can shift how fucked up I feel. It’s been a seriously gd run since I last rested , I’m very happy with how my back and legs look. Obv I have fucked my pressing so chest and arms won’t look as good, but it can mostly be held as long as attack the pec Dec sets .
I have had a headache all day. I’m not sure if it’s these peptides, has anyone else felt that from them? 1000 bpc / day and 5mg x 2 a week tb . I know that’s high dosed but based on the literature I found , for dose : bodyweight , it seemed realistic for me.
I wish I could just stay at like 255 haha, it’s so comfy and easy lol, oh wait , I tried that and hated the look when prepped . ( having a work harder, no once cares self talk moment here haha)

None , rice is rice , carbs are carbs , all are equal if you digest them equally . Sugar – rice – potato , whatever , the only diff is satiety and digestion . Eat your carbs based on those two factors
