Weight still floating around 280 , day 8 off gh. Treatment today went well , My plan for my next session is start with pec Dec , then after that i May press light if I can get the forearm loose enough to be able to lock out at the elbow , we shall see. If I can’t I will just do pec Dec, lateral variations , occluded pushdowns and roll with that until I can do more.
Legs tmo , I will make sure I come away with all time pbs on literally everything
I’m in the same boat Jordan. Been taking Join-In and Cure-Coming for a 2 weeks now, its getting better. Also combined with Cissus 2400mg per day split AM and PM and 6g Omega 3.
DB Fly presses, pec deck, cable flys, dip machine, DB flys is about all I can do for chest.

Any anti-estrogens may be making your elbows, knees and/or joints worse. Maybe drop them.
I’m pretty sure Ralox is making my elbow worse at 60mg/ED so I’ve dropped it.

Why do you suggest Aromasin 2x week when it has a short half life of 8.9 hours?

Have you always had low’ish HDL, even before using AAS?
I seem to be in the same boat. Doesn’t go above 0.90-1.0 using tons of supplements and TRT.

Good Morning! Had a great chest and shoulder workout with James and Damien yesterday. Filmed by the one and only Big Chris!! Hit some good weight on incline press which I was happy with. Great workout overall and good to have James back in the gym even if it was just for one day!! So the past few months I’ve been in talks with Justin Compton about taking control of my offseason and last night he sent over the new plan. Excited to get started and really start to try and build some good quality tissue over the upcoming months. The new diet plan, training split and new cycle has been posted in my profile section so feel free to have a look! Heading to the gym this afternoon for back and calves which will be my first day on the new plan! Have a great day guys!
I see it. Interesting.
Good old fashioned Test/Deca/Dbol for mass! Test at 750mg per week, is that the most you’ve ever run?
Do you like carbs during breakfast?
Thank you.

I re wrote this a couple times as I want to put up something helpful and it not be confused
Ok – so I will have absolutely zero worries stopping , I won’t feel a second of insecurity , I literally can’t wait to get it off.
I have been so big I can’t even walk. I think rotties you said you weigh 180 pounds ? And ur probably taller then me, imagine now carrying around a 120 pound weight with u in everything u do. At some point u will want that gone. I’m at that point ! So I think my situation is very diff .
I will go straight to trt , and j won’t for a second consider upping doses. I am not a weak person , I set the highest standards for myself in everything I do , upping doses would be an extreme weakness , I literally won’t even consider it for a second
Training I literally won’t care at all, the goal isn’t then to be strong , if I wanted to do that I would stay on. Training would be about pushing myself in the moment . Intensity isn’t about weight it’s about mindset . Some things Corinne lifts much less than me but her intensity blows me away it’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t confuse the two.
I am very confident in what I focus on post bodybuilding will go well , that I won’t for a second have worries . Why do I know this ? So I started tae kwon do when I was 4 , I was the youngest black belt in the uk at 10 , at 12 I had to stop as I got a full scholarship to a school in London where rugby was priority , I was accepted in harlequins academy at the same moment and that started the path to then playing rugby for England and wasps . I never looked back at tae kwon do. Rugby ended at 19 because of injury – I went to Loughborough and focused on studies , that led to post grad and then masters , i didn’t look back to rugby for a second. When bodybuilding is done , I will be onto the next thing and never look back, just like the last few times

Do you ever fast forward to 20-30 years time and think about the health of your joints and bones?
Heavy heavy weights and failure must pose a risk to long term health of joints, tendons and ligaments. Has you training adapted at all?
Sometimes I think what we do now in our 20-30s we’re going to pay for later down the line.
