    After full body EOD training, I know you suggest upper/lower split.

    Does that work upper/lower/OFF/repeat or upper/lower/upper/lower/OFF?

    Just did my evening shot , I really do love only doing 1ml insulin shots , the dimension stuff all feels very good too! I have about 20 bottles of their tren ace set aside because it’s always been the most reliable I have used when it comes to being on the money dose wise.

    Do if you’re doing 2ml per day, you do 2x 1ml insulin pin shots?

    Morning chaps , 272 , back on cycle 4 weeks. I’m just about tidy enough to actually take my weight up, I thought I would need to mini cut , but I think I can get to 285 ish and make that solid , before I mini cut. If I can do it, my goal is to spend the whole of next year between 285 and 305 , and work between that 20 pound range. I started prep last year at 305 + , so I know I can get up there, just staying there will be probably the biggest challenge / being able to walk , feel ok , be able to sleep. All those things make it nearly unbearable day to day for me , but I’m confident with more cardio it will be do able , it’s all just fitness related really , so if CV health is better , it’s manageable

    Whats the goal if you’re doing this spending at year at between 285-305?

    Compete in 2021?

    Have you ever had an echo done on your heart or any other internal mapping to monitor structural changes?

    What is causing that fullness we see ? Same fashion as oxy which doesn’t convert either . Opinions chaps?

    I think Nandrolone is just better at increasing nitrogen retention than Test is. Unfortunately, I cant find any comparable studies.

    I was VERY lucky , I prepped for my first show out of cheetahs gym, I had Cyrus , Mark Boyce, Dixie ( rip) , DeDe, Rene, Tony Nadeo – all help me SO much . They would help me pose, tell me it was ok when I was tired, tell me it was ok when I was so fucked that I was scared of cardio, I won that show and that was me hooked. Same year I then had Paul Scarborough prep me for the British finals that year and wow what a coach he is. For 10 years ago he was ahead of his time imo, not just in ability but how he looked after me, would call me a few times a week to make sure I was ok, just to mentally support me. At that time I was training at krunch a lot, just to be around Neale Cranwell, who probably doesn’t know it but I fucking idolised him so much, he was insanely strong and just looked incredible , he helped me so much with my posing and confidence.
    I then went into taking 3rd that year, besting beaten by James. To everyone in that year that supported me, especially Corinne , as I was a nasty bastard that prep, you made bodybuilding what it is now for me, as now I want to give back, in how you all gave to me ????

    Cheetahs will always hold a v special place in my heart , I was in there from age 16

    I trained there as well since I was about 18. I also know Cyrus, Boyce, Tony and Dede. Boyce has a new gym in Burgess Hill (Platinum Fitness) where I trained this week, awesome gym! I’m also an old friend of Jack B (I know you know him). We’ve probably actually met before! 🙂

    You might want to register your supplement product names like “MPS MAX”, “PREPARE” and anything else you’re bringing to market with the IPO in the United Kingdom.

    “SUSTAIN” is already protected in the UK, via a EU trademark (EU010866382) owned by Melaleuca, Inc (USA).

    “PREPARE” is an expired Class 05 trademark, but you can re-register it as a food supplement.
