    261.2 today, I’m up a couple pounds this week. Likely from doing some of my sessions 3 on. The jump from 256-261 has defo blown my midsection out annoyingly , i was super happy with it at 256 .
    No change to anything cycle wise

    Will fire up my diet tomorrow for you guys

    Do you worry about HDL being low during this time and what supplements do you use to combat?

    Not really contest prep but relevant I hope…

    1. How many reps do you need to hit on a given exercise before increasing the weight?

    For example, if I decline BB 110kg for 10, do I up to 120 for 7-8, or hit 110 for 12 then move up.

    2. How many pump sets do you do? I tend to feel better doing a 25-30 set and then a 15-20 set (2 in total). I also assume no warmups are needed here?
