Lol Fair enough, I meant more like what has changed to get those improvements as it looks like you have done all those exercise for a while 🙂

Hi Jord, I have read the thread a few times (and the last one). And I am 79% this question is on topic lol It seems your goals of this last off season were to stay leaner, keep waist tighter to bring up your glutes. The first two are very obvious, with bringing up your glutes. Which exercises have you found to be most beneficial from this last 5-6 months programming?

I’d guess the bridges, RDLs, leg press that you have rotated, but was keen to get more info.

You’re really adding some solid mass this off season, keep it up. How beneficial did you find the super blast you did like a month back!? Maybe hard to tell from holding the Niagara falls at the time!? Haha

Didn’t get top 3, was pretty happy with what I brought. Clear improvements to be made. Straight onto them tomorrow.

About 15 hours from stage now, 89.1kg weigh-in, had to let myself get a little flat for it as I had a jump in weight randomly yesterday. All good though.

    3 days out. 86.8kg.
    Running
    100 winny, 20 halo, 1 letro, 100 proviron, 25mcg t3, 15sib, 40 nolva ED

Shaved the beard, hate it lol

Today is 250/550/55, going into the gym do push and biceps. May do one more pull session tomorrow. Cardio was dropped 4 days ago or so and my legs are drying out nicely.

Looking insane brother! How has your prep gone? Whose coaching you?

Prep was great, very smooth sailing until about 3 weeks out, had a few personal and work dramas/fucking nightmares so I mentally dropped out the show but kept dieting. Redecided to do the show (the qualifer and not the main one in 4 weeks) and get back into off season.

5 days out Have been at 87.3kg for a few days now, carbs are creeping up as I am getting drier and slightly fuller.

Then will use this momentum to rebound, cruise and then go into off season when ready and jump up to the heavyweight class when I am ready. Could be 2 years. I need 10kg of muscle in the right places. Glutes, Lats, Triceps, Hammies particularly.

Good luck with the show mate.

    What show are you doing?

What is your current diet like and have you got a coach or doing your own prep?

    Thanks – diet is simple.
White fish, chicken breast, salmon, white potato and white rice and 3/4 different types of green veg every meal 90% of the time. Other sources of macros are bagels, jam, raisin toast and lean beef once every few days.

I have a coach for this one yes.

8 days out now. Still training pretty hard, cardio gets reduced in the next few days. I hold a lot of fluid in my legs so this week I’ll be doing everything I can to rest and get them looking fresh and dry.

How come you re doing the PCA show out of curiosity?

I’d like to do it, but I’m doing IFBB NSW 24/2 and Arnolds 15/2 and don’t fancy holding condition for another 5-6 weeks after that lol

Pretty cool experiment, will be good to see how much tissue was added once you’ve finished this off season.

Favourite: Chest supported tbar rows and rack pulls, genuinely get excited before sessions with those in. Sad hey.

Most challenging: probably squats if I put them back in

Only 3 – Low rack pull, single leg press and incline barbell bench. My arms would stay tiny though

I don’t wanna speak for him completely but NPP and some of the esters in Sust only have a half
Life of 2-3 days. Stable blood levels should always be a priority.
