    Jordan, I don’t think you’re alone in this. I’m nowhere near a pro bodybuilder but I’ve had ups and downs of trying to run from it almost and try other fitness things. All of them leave me empty and I always come back to BB. I think everybody wants to try something new at some point but get bit by that BB bug every single time. You got your health in check which was really important and now you know what to do going forward so I think doing what you absolutely love will be great for your mental and physical health. Cant wait to keep following what you do

    Fantastic session at shredz gym in Derbyshire with Calum. A few machines were like for like , so it worked out very well.

    I also got to witness Marc hector pose . That was a sight. I posted pics on my instagram. He looks absolutely mad .

    Hello Oscar, im not sure if anybody has asked this yet as I’ve been going through your log and haven’t seen it but what does an upper session look like for you currently?

    It’s definitely the rope pull over for lats. I’ve heard a few of the athletes calling it a rope push down before and was kinda confused myself at first.

    Chest focused Push Session today followed up with a conditioning session. I noticed during my performance jumping around and moving while using my voice is a whole different ball field and all the cardio I did over the last two months did not help really. I was running out of breath a lot and I think it has something to do with my muscle mass along with adrenaline and being so hyped up.

    Push Session:

    Seated Cable Fly ×2
    Low Incline DB Press ×2
    Incline Smith Press ×2
    Cuff Lateral ×2
    Reverse Grip Machine Press ×1
    Dual Cuff Cable Pushdown ×2

    Conditioning:

    6 rounds of 20-30 seconds on and 40-60 seconds off jump roping followed by 10 min incline walk

    I’m back! I ended up taking all of last week off cause I came down with a sinus infection and it kicked my ass for a few good days and I wanted to rest as much as possible before the performance on Saturday. Everything ended up going fine and I was back on plan today fully. Hit my first pull session of the week.

    Pretty sore from that pull session yesterday, stepped on the scale this morning to see 176.8 which is officially a 10 pound drop in 7 weeks. Goal was to be in the 175s before my show next Saturday and I know I’ll be there for sure. Starting Sunday I will not be taking my sessions to complete failure, I’ve upped my vitamins, antioxidants, electrolytes, herbs etc as I have gotten sick right after both shows I played in the past and I’m really trying to avoid that this time and I will also be Cutting my caffeine intake in half or more. This next week is all about keeping the stress and nerves low. As soon as I’m in in the 175s I will back cutting my cardio in half also for a bit and eating a little more. I’m supposed to be starting with a coach in the next few weeks and will start following his plan from there. Will post about my push session later.

    Two meals in so far and man I am HANGRY today, 150 grams of carbs daily with only like 55g of fat has me really not friendly with people this week. I will reach my goal of 175lbs by next Saturday! I really needed this kick in the ass to start being really consistent and working hard, now I think if I did this short term goal for a damn music show then I can do this and more for my first competition at the end of the year. I’ve practicing my songs, posing, training, and doing cardio basically everyday (two rest days from training). I am feeling more and more confident as the days go by cause I’m realizing more that I’m getting to do shit that I used to dream about. Music and bodybuilding are my only passions really. Will post about my pull session in awhile. Ramble over

    Not much to report today aside from I’ve decided to drop about 25 carb from the banana I have daily so that puts me at 150 carb daily. I’m pushing hard to be at my short term goal of 175lbs by next Saturday the day of my music performance. Pull top up session going down in a few hours.

    178lbs this a.m, fasted walk done, and two meals down before legs. Great session. I can tell the full rest yesterday helped do wonders.

    Full rest and recovery today, no cardio, just steps and that’s it. My legs need a break from the marathon I’ve put them through for a couple months now. I can feel a new low weigh in coming tomorrow. Leg session should go pretty well with the extra rest today.
