The problem I have with those hacks is I always feel like I’m sliding up the seat. The cable chest press however is probably my fav chest movement at moment

There not much decent round here mate Reps was the best in Preston but it’s closing down on the 21st all these chain gyms in the area offering a tenner a month has led to a lot of decent ones closing. There a fake ultraflex in Preston it’s a hammer strength centre but it’s relatively small and not a patch on the real chains. There’s a proper down and dirty old school place called iron man has tonnes of amazing old school machines but crap for cables and loads of stuff is poorly maintained rusty etc. Blackpool way there’s a semi decent one in the football stadium but the parking is tough.

I forgot to add I do hack after leg press but getting my feet low on hack doesn’t seem to be an issue ?

Thanks all , how often should I do mobility work just pre legs or daily ? I will start this and potentially switch to the pivot for now.

i did my first show beginning of April ive been doing the 30 mins since then during rebound but i havent started my big push yet , im someone who puts on bad weight quite easily due to the past. i wouldnt say the 30 mins is super intense usually i hit max 120 bpm zone for around 25 mins of it. If i drop the resistance down i usually struggle to get over 108 bpm for some reason.

I usually get to the gym 530 ish on training days that fall Tue to Fri due to my work commitments. Now I actually have a raging fast digestion I get up usually 4am 30 mins fasted cardio on the bike as I roll out of bed then I have my normal breakfast which is bagel things egg whites bacon medallions etc , I let it settle for 15-20 minutes then prep a carb powder and eea drink I have on the way to gym and usually finish during my warm up. I’ve never suffered performance wise , i hate training at end of day when I’ve grafted all day and the gym is full of idiots. Nice and early for me gives it priority number one and I love getting things cleared down early. The only thing that sucks is the 8pm to bed lol but now I’m old I can put that down to old age with the kids.
